Our newly furnished home in North Laguna Beach is situated in a family friendly neighborhood, sleeps 6. All three bedrooms and two of the baths are located on the first floor with a large second story great room with plenty of windows to allow light in and partial ocean views.

Cook your dinners in the fully appointed kitchen with all new Viking appliances and gather around the dining table for 8. The upper deck and balcony are great for morning coffee or a BBQ for you and your guests. Relax in the hanging pod chair upstairs or spend time in the private shaded patio downstairs. The attached garage makes parking a breeze.

Heisler Park is just a few blocks away where you can picnic and watch the sunset or swim at the coves below. An easy walk to village shops, restaurants and art galleries. Things to do locally include swimming, stand up paddle boarding, surfing, golfing, hiking, boating, fishing, whale watching, tide pooling, shopping and gourmet restaurant dining.

Within a short drive you will find Crystal Cove State Park, Fashion Island, Newport Beach, Balboa Island, South Coast Plaza, Huntington Beach and Disneyland. John Wayne - Santa Ana Airport is only 20 minutes away.

Just Like Home

Everything felt like we lived there year-round, i.e., every amenity we could think of was there. Although there was little to check in on, Michelle responded immediately to a couple of inquiries. One of our favorite places.

One of the best in Laguna Beach!

Absolutely everything about this property is fabulous! The location is perfect-close to the beach, town, trail heads, etc. Besides being beautiful, the home is comfortable and stocked with absolutely everything you could need for a month+ stay. Of all the homes we've ever rented, this was by far the best managed. Michelle stayed in contact and was responsive from the moment we inquired through our stay. We were made to feel so welcomed - even our pup was fully welcomed! Can't say enough great things! We hope to be back!

Beautiful and cozy Laguna Beach House

Very beautiful and cozy Laguna Beach House. We felt home immediately. The house offers everything you need to enjoy a relaxing stay with close access to the beach. Walkable to Laguna Beach Down Town, Main Beach, Restaurants, Heisler Park and so on. We also enjoyed the beautiful ocean views and stunning sunsets from the upper floor of the house. Michele the property manager is quick to respond. We highly recommend this cozy, modern beach house.

Beyond Expectations!!

Great home and location

Fantastic location for a home almost every morning I found my self walking to a local coffee shop near by. The home is decorated in such a “homey” feeling, felt right at home.

Luxury beach living

Beautiful home with everything you need to enjoy a relaxing stay with close access to the beach. Walkable to many fine restaurants great shopping and the beach. Beautiful ocean views from the home. We were welcomed with a few basket items and even treats for our dogs, which was a very nice touch. Michele the property manager is excellent, she is quick to respond, and delightful to communicate with. We highly recommend this property.

Excellent experience at this beach house in beautiful Laguna Beach!

This is the second time my family and I visit this property and it was truly a great experience. The location of the property is ideal, as it is just a few minutes walk to downtown and the beach but at the same it is far enough to avoid the crowd and noise. The renovation gave the house a more modern look and many new features were added such as a balcony with an ocean view. I want to thank Michelle for her quick responses and for willing to go out of her way for our convenience.

Beautifully remodeled home, walking distance to great beaches, restaurants and Sawdust/Pageant

My family spent a fabulous month at this beautifully remodeled home. Everything was well-appointed and equipped and the property manager, Michelle, was very responsive to our requests and inquiries. We loved the location and found it to be perfect for walking to the gorgeous North Laguna beaches, as well as some great dining options. Vons Pavillions is also close by, as is a park with playground. We were able to walk to the Pageant of the Masters (highly recommend buying tickets if you’ll be there in the summer) and Sawdust Festival. We also walked to main town quite a bit. You can easily see fireworks from the home’s balcony on the 4th of July. All in all, this was a very memorable and enjoyable experience for our family that will remain in our hearts and memories forever. Thank you to the gracious owners and Michelle for making this home and our experience so special!

The perfect getaway

We absolutely loved our stay at the Laguna Beach Cottage. It is the perfect location, being far enough away from PCH where you avoid the busy energy, yet close enough that all major shops and restaurants are a quick 5 minute walk away. I stayed here with friends and we wish we could have stayed forever! Checking in and out was super easy, and the owner's instructions were perfect. We were able to immediately settle in, unwind, and then walk to the beach! The house was exactly as described. It is beautifully designed, and the layout was perfect for relaxing and socializing. The open floor plan of the upstairs living room really allows you to feel connected to the rest of the house. The ocean views were gorgeous too! The bedrooms were so comfortable, and each of us had the best, uninterrupted sleep while there. I absolutely loved waking up and enjoying my coffee on the patio before getting into the activities of the day. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and families. You would easily be able to entertain both children or adults in this house! We cannot wait to return :)

Great property located a 5 minute walk from the beach.

We had a great stay at Laguna Beach. The house is very well equipped and had a convenient location, with easy access to restaurants, supermarkets, and the beach. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the house and the professionalism of the realtor. Highly recommend staying in this very comfortable home away from home.

Very comfortable, perfect for our family holiday.

Thank you for having us to stay at your lovely house in Laguna Beach. It was extremely comfortable with everything you need, including very useful Beach towels and chairs. It was extremely clean and well maintained. Correspondence was excellent and booking was made very easy. Extra personal touches like Christmas decorations we really appreciated. We came from England for our Christmas holidays to visit family living in LA. We were a party of 6 (2 adults and 4 children). The space and provisions in the house were perfect. It is in a pretty, quiet location with easy walking distance to the shops and the beach. Also a great base for exploring Orange County and beyond. We had an amazing time and this was definitely helped by staying in such a great house! Thank you again.

Great vacation rental in a wonderful home!

Short easy walk to the beach, shopping, restaurants, Pageant of the Masters... If you don't wish to drive once you get here, you won't have to! Spacious house with large living room, dining room and kitchen (all with a view of the ocean), comfortable patio with BBQ and spacious sleeping rooms. The owners thought out every detail to make this house really comfortable. Great ocean breezes. I would definitely recommend this house for a great, relaxing getaway!
