Completely fenced with a backyard for relaxation and play
It has a two car garage
2 en-suite bedrooms
I guest room and the triple living / family area upstairs
Large kitchen and dining for up to 12 persons downstairs
Including an extra bedroom
There is a laundry room but Laundry is optional and can be arranged
A small computer room is available
Backyard is completely tiled- can play badminton on it
Great for family vacation
It is located near the Northern Caribbean University
About 5 minutes from city center in a quiet neighborhood.
