Esta espaciosa villa unifamiliar tiene 3 dormitorios y 2 baños, una gran piscina privada climatizada y goza de unas impresionantes vistas panorámicas al mar y a las islas de Fuerteventura y Lobos. Está situada cerca del mar, a pocos metros del paseo marítimo principal, que ofrece un paisaje relajante hacia el centro del pueblo.





El espacio:

Villa Henry se encuentra en Playa Blanca dentro de la tranquila zona residencial de Aguamarina, cerca del Parque Faro. Esta espaciosa villa unifamiliar tiene 3 dormitorios y 2 baños, una gran piscina privada climatizada y goza de unas impresionantes vistas panorámicas al mar y a las islas de Fuerteventura y Lobos. Está situada cerca del mar, a pocos metros del paseo marítimo principal, que ofrece un paisaje relajante hacia el centro del pueblo.

La villa se encuentra en dos niveles y cuenta con techos altos y suelos de mármol en todas las zonas, lo que proporciona una sensación de amplitud, frescura y sensación de espacio. La propiedad ha sido amueblada con mucho gusto y con una decoración elegante.

Una impresionante escalera de mármol lleva hacia arriba a la suite privada del dormitorio principal que domina toda la planta superior. Hay una cama de tamaño 1,80, armarios empotrados y un baño de mármol con bañera y ducha. El dormitorio principal también tiene acceso exclusivo a una terraza privada en la azotea donde puede relajarse y tomar el sol o disfrutar de las impresionantes vistas a las montañas volcánicas y al océano.

El dormitorio número 2 tiene una cama tamaña 1,60 y el dormitorio número 3 tiene camas individuales, ambos dormitorios tienen armarios empotrados y tienen acceso a un baño con ducha de mármol. Estos están en el nivel del principal.

Hay unidades de aire acondicionado/calefacción operadas con monedas instaladas en los 3 dormitorios.

La moderna cocina totalmente equipada con encimera de granito incluye lavavajillas, nevera-congelador, horno, cocina, microondas, cafetera, hervidor y tostadora. La lavadora se encuentra en el cuarto de servicio.

El comedor interior está decorado con estilo y es perfecto para una relajante cocina nocturna. Esta habitación también tiene una segunda zona de descanso con cómodos asientos para sentarse y relajarse.

El espacioso salón es cómodo y práctico. Una gran pantalla plana de Smart Tv con Internet, canales en varios idiomas y un reproductor de Dvd con Dvd. Para mantener todos los aparatos conectados, también se incluye Wifi de fibra óptica de alta velocidad Gratuitamente. Las puertas correderas se abren para permitir el acceso a la terraza principal, la piscina y los amplios jardines tropicales que han sido bellamente diseñados y llenos de abundantes palmeras, y arbustos florales. El área exterior ofrece un alto grado de privacidad.

En el exterior, la piscina privada de la villa, orientada al sur, y la terraza soleada ofrecen el escenario perfecto para pasar las horas. Los servicios locales incluyen dos supermercados, bares, restaurantes y cafés a unos 10 minutos a pie. A menos de cinco minutos de la villa se pasea a lo largo del singular paseo marítimo de 12 kilómetros que une el faro con el puerto deportivo de Rubicón. A poca distancia a lo largo del paseo marítimo encontrará una variedad de restaurantes internacionales, así como bares de cócteles con vistas a playas y calas aisladas. La playa de Flamingo está a unos 45 minutos a pie. Hay un servicio de autobús muy eficiente que funciona de forma regular cada 30 minutos, junto con un fácil acceso a los taxis que pueden llevarle al centro y a Marina Rubicón en cuestión de minutos. Los taxis cuestan entre 4 y 5 euros para llegar al centro. El aeropuerto está aproximadamente a 35 minutos en coche de la villa que ofrece dos plazas de aparcamiento privadas.

We loved Villa Henry

We loved our stay at Villa Henry. It perfectly suited our needs for a relaxing family holiday. Such a spacious, well equipped and comfortable villa. A quiet location away from the main Playa Blanca town but still with local amenities such as a grocery store and variety of restaurants only 5 minutes walk away. We also enjoyed the short stroll to the viewpoint for sunset.

Excellent Villa Henry, ideal for two couples.

Been to Playa Blanca many times and pleased to say that this villa was superb. Lovely pool, roof terrace with excellent views of the sea and mountains. Pool table was a bonus for the hubbies. Near enough to walk to fab restaurants in Faro Park. We all loved it.

An excellent villas and amenities

The villa is very spacious both inside and out and, with the hit and miss weather and cool evenings, we made good use of the additional lounge/ sun room. The tv's are excellent, the WiFi is great and the kitchen will equipped. Good communication and the pool heating was a godsend. Can i suggest some hooks for wet towels in the bathrooms and some hooks in the huge hallway for jackets and coats. Other than that we were very happy with everything.

We loved our stay at Villa Henry. The villa was very well equipped and had lots of extras like books, DVDs, a pool table and table tennis, which came in very handy. It was homely, welcoming and the agency who looked after us were very professional. I hope we can come back soon! Only thing we could think of was a few loose tiles in the swimming pool. However the pool was heated and was cleaned twice during our stay.

The pool was amazing the kids absolutely loved it. Plenty of space for everyone. All the beds were super comfy, everyone slept really well. We all loved villa Henry. The pool hadn’t been cleaned prior to our arrival, I spent a good hour netting it before we could use it. Pool ques could do with replacing.

Exceptional villa

Villa had everything you needed for a comfortable stay, the milk, water, fizz on arrival was a very welcomed surprise. The rooms we’re well furnished and clean, WiFi and access to Netflix another added bonus. Outside area was great and very private, felt very secure and peaceful. Some good restaurants just 5-10 minutes away. Is a bit of a way to playa, bus, car or taxi needed, but a straight run and easy parking. Highly recommend. Loved the villa. Maybe some instructions on the alarm and air-con, thanks to welcome visit it was all explained.

Liked the size of property and location. Easy to get too, some nice restaurants within walking distance and a short drive to playa blanca. Pool was nice, and property is good for kids with table tennis, pool table and playstation. Also liked that it had a pool net to fish out the odd leaf. Kitchen was well equipped. Upstairs bed could do with a new mattress, it felt like it was sloping and smelt dusty. Better cleaning on the out door space. When we arrived pool was not that clean but could be because of the high winds. One it was professionally cleaned it was like a different pool!! Hot water tank could be bigger, but coped with 4 quick showers.

Wonderful Villa

The service from the Team was smooth and easy, communication from start to finish was outstanding, the Villa was very clean and accommodating to our needs. Villa is located in Faro Park area , with Shops, Good Restaurants, Bars few minutes Walk, Close walk to front , situated close to Light House. We walked to closet beach about 10 minutes stroll, offering some nice bars and longer stroll to another beach and more restaurants to choose from. The Villa was amazing for Space, Supporting those with Mobility issues down stairs, where 2 rooms are found and one large bathroom, Lovely separate room with access to TV, Seating area if weather not good, Beautiful all round and spacious. Bedroom upstairs is a lovely retreat - if you require quite time , with own terrace, for evening drinks and well equipped large room with ensuite and Bath. We shall Definity be using the service of the team who support all your needs and knowledgeable of the areas and villas

Great villa, very spacious

The villa is a great size, all 3 bedrooms have air con, bath upstairs and large walk-in shower downstairs. Great pool which can be heated and lots of garden space, sun loungers etc. We live the location as easy to walk down to the coast promenade and into the beaches, restaurants etc. Welcome treats very nice and appreciated. Baby equipment seamless and good. Unfortunately the air con in the master bedroom wasn’t working and despite telling the management the 1st day no-one came to fix it the whole week. We managed but we specifically booked a villa with air con for comfortable nights (we get enough hot ones in summer without in the UK!) so not ideal. Thankfully the air con in the kids rooms were both working which saved us. Coin fed meter for the air con is a pain but actually it was not as expensive as we thought it may be, just difficult getting enough coins as supermarket refused to change notes etc, definitely recommend doing via the management co.

Recommend villa Henry

We really enjoyed our time in villa Henry. The location at Aguamarina is perfect for us as we like to walk the boulevard towards the strip. Great attributes were the two indoor seating areas (one being indoor/outdoor which was great) and two additional outdoor seating areas were also great. Loved the pool table as a little extra. We were with 4 people so it was spacious enough and we would definitely stay there again. The house does not have some of the basic amenities that come in handy - salt, pepper, oil etc. We don't expect it but it makes life easier when they are included. Plenty of tea and coffee though and a nice welcome pack with wine, water, juice, milk. A light by the BBQ area would have been handy at night time to see the BBQ and the pool table better, the terrace light doesn't reach sufficiently. If it was any warmer, we would have needed airco which is a coin operated system so that would be a consideration if we returned during a warmer month. The communication with the agency was not the best by far. We have used a lot of booking agents in Playa Blanca and the communication with villas now during the booking process and during our stay was just mediocre.

Nice place

Large villa on a corner, with nice garden en heated pool. You can sit outside en eat outside but you can also sit en eat in the side room. This side room with sliding doors is ideal in winter! Because there is no check in or something like that, it would be helpfull te have more instructions on paper. It’s difficult to find, so the instructions how to get there are needed in the email with instructions about the key. It would be nice to have clean towels or so, we stayed 10 days en that is just a little bit to long without.

Lovely well furnished villa within short walking distance of local supermarket and several restaurants. We loved the heated pool and outside space with comfy seating areas. We especially loved the pool table which provided loads of fun. Close proximity to coastal path leading to the centre of Playa Blanca. Always the option to get the bus back, or taxis from town cost approx €6. Lovely enclosed dining room with additional comfy sofas. Large TV with most channels and sky. A small welcome pack (water, milk) would have been a nice touch. Although we arrived at allotted time (3pm) cleaners did not leave until after 4pm which delayed unpacking and also using kitchen to unpack grocery shopping and make our late lunch. Bedding on large upstairs bed was too small for the mattress.

Lovely positioned villa with sea views from the upstairs balcony. Comfortable beds. Plenty of seating and lots of places to sit and relax. Great to have a pool, pool table and table tennis table. Pool was cleaned regularly. Lots of plates, bowls, glasses and utensils. Great to have the TV channels. Welcome pack was good. Some of the villas in this area are having work carried out, especially the villa two doors down from Villa Henry. You could here them drilling etc on most days. Although it didn’t necessarily spoil our holiday, it was annoying and did spoil the peace and quiet. I did think with an 11 night stay the bedding would be changed, but it wasn’t.

Nice Family Getaway at Villa Henry

Great property with excellent location for Faro Park and Playa Blanca, the pool table and table tennis are a fun addition. Only let down being cleaners who had just arrived at our scheduled check in time of 3:00pm so had to wait an hour for the. To finish which left the cleaning a little rushed. A very minor issue for a great fun break at a nice property.

Villa has everything you need, as well as being clean and spacious. It’s very quiet area and feels very private, great for enjoying the pool and just relaxing with a book. Some restaurants 5-10 minutes away, with a supermarket / atm. Playa a bus ride, taxi or car drive away (parking easy).

Villa Henry

The Villa is nice in a lovely area, local shops and restaurants are within walking distance, short taxi ride in to Playa Blanca, only 5 - 6 euros. Had a fantastic meal at Puerto Blanco, really worth booking a table for an evening meal with a sea view. The interior of the villa is lovely, nice seating areas around the patio, layout is aimed at being very social. A variety of games can be found in the cupboards. We arrived earlier than expected, had a good look around, spotted a few problems with the villa, there was no door handle on the downstairs shower room, caused a bit of a problem for us as we had two teens of opposite gender using that bathroom, all problems were reported to Jason, which he sorted within two days. Well done. Here are the poor points! The pool needs a bit of TLC, grouting falling out around edges, the pool light was hanging out of the wall in the water. Was reported, but pool guy just shoved it back in to the wall!! Consequently it continued to fall out during our stay, regularly. The pool umbrella desperately needs replacing, it is basically hanging in there by a thread!! The outside of the Villa had stone facias missing around two of the windows, this needs sorting. Basic stuff like handsoap, toilet roll were not supplied. There is a dishwasher but no tabs or rinseaid or dishwasher salt supplied, poor machine was in desperate need of salt & rinseaid. Washing machine needs wash tabs. So be aware, you need to do a big shop if you intend to use the facilities. Towels are meant to be changed every full week of your stay, we were there for 10 nights and they were not changed. There's only one large fan available not one for every room as stated, we couldn't find anymore. The downstairs double bedroom has an ant infestation, my daughter found ants in her bed which we sorted by putting down some insect wipes, but really does need to be sorted externally, you can literally see the little bliters on the outside getting in the cracks around that area. Be prepared for the wind, it kept us cool & we acclimatised to it quite quickly, it is a very windy area. Made table tennis a challenge! Overall a lovely stay just a few niggles to sort out.

Spacious villa, lovely views, excellent facilities & great location.

We had a lovely week in Villa Henry, the villa was clean, spacious and the equipment and facilities well thought out. We enjoyed the pool and deck area, the upstairs balcony with great views as well as the option for our lads to use a PS4 and pool table. It was wonderful to be able to stroll along the promenade to the lighthouse, eat in the local parade of restaurants sometimes rather than going into the main part of Playa Blanca, and walk to a little beach bar to sit looking out at the sea. Lanzarote was great to explore in our hire car, we had an amazing trip to the volcano and travelled to most places on the island to see caves, marinas, markets and more,

Magnificent location and views.

Having stayed in many areas of Playa Blanca and always favouring Los Altos for the views, I was worried I’d be disappointed. I couldn’t have been more wrong. The location was perfect. We felt like the only ones on the island when relaxing in our villa. It’s the best one so far and it’s a shame it’s not free when we have booked to come back in a few months. The outside pool table was fun and kept us amused when not in the pool. It became a home from home with everything we needed. One area for us for improvement was the twin beds- with two over 6ft teenage sons one has the two beds pushed together as his double but they kept slipping sort on the tiled floor. Next time I’ll bring something to tie the legs together. Other than that fantastic- we use your villas again.

Ideal villa to stay at in playa blanca we had to spend more time than usual in the villa because of bad weather( first time ive seen hail stones in lanzarote ) but plenty to do and so comfortable like home from home highly recommend and we will definetly return Nothing

The villa was perfect, so peaceful and relaxing. The pool was warm. The balcony had lovely views over the sea.
