We had a lovely stay in this villa. It was our second time and will hopefully go back. It was very clean and the location was perfect as we didn’t have a car. Just around the corner from a supermarket and beautiful restaurants at the Rubicón marina.

We had a great holiday at the villa again this year , our 4th stay. It suits the four of us perfectly. It’s only a few minutes away from the marina and a short walk to the town . Overall a quiet area too and parking close by for our hire car .

Wonderful villa near the marina

This is our second say in Playa Blanca in this complex and we had a wonderful week away to celebrate our son finishing school. The location is perfect, having mobility problems, the villa is well ideal as it as all one level and only a short flat walk to the marina and shops and restaurants.Communication with the owner and the manger has been very easy and they are all responsive and helpful. It is very clean and in great condition with everything you need for a week away. The only thing we missed was large glasses for cold drinks.The beds are all comfortable, a twin and a king. The showers are walk in and spacious.The pool was clean and heated and checked by maintenance during the week. The outside area is spacious and bigger than appears on the photos as it goes down the side also. Seating is comfortable with parasols and canopy but need to be careful with the wind so could do with a more robust base as it blew over a few times.The WiFi running at 600mbps and TV is a large flat screen with several channels but a screen is aging with a few bright spots.Air con in each room is run by a coin slot by the front door costs 1euro for 4 hours and cost us about 3 euros day, we felt this was good value as it is very effective and well needed.Overall the this has been the best villa we have stayed in, thank you to the owners.

Ideal Location

Property is situated immediately behind the Marina Rubicon opposite Cordial Marina Blanca. Ideal walking in either direction either towards the Old town and ferry port of Playa Blanca or along the cliff top towards Papagayo centre. The property itself is well designed inside with a spacious outdoor area alongside a splash pool which is fenced in, giving peace of mind for families with small children. Fully equipped with everything required to ensure an enjoyable relaxing holiday complete with full English TV to keep the kids happy. Cleanliness was first class and the villa was easy to keep clean despite the renown Lanzarote winds. Raquel our contact was available at all times if required giving full reassurance. All in all we had a brilliant 4 weeks which passed by all too quickly. Thoroughly recommend this villa for every age group.

An oasis of calm


We are unable to find sufficient superlatives to describe this amazing villa! It is simply wonderful. Everything has been thought about to make our stay the most comfortable. The villa is beautifully fitted out and we enjoyed having our own bathrooms and showers! The pool was very much put to use during our stay, too!Raquel (the owners representative) went through everything with us when we arrived to make sure our stay was uneventful. The villa is nicely sited a short walk from Marina Rubicon with its excellent restaurants and shops and of course, the cool waters of the Atlantic Ocean. There is a well-stocked supermarket only five minutes away for restocks of sangria (and food, of course!).The villa is fitted with air conditioning in the lounge and in the two bedrooms - this was an absolute must and was very welcome on the hottest day of our stay.We can well understand why this villa is so popular! Our booking for next year has already been accepted by the owners - we cant wait to return! Thank you so much!

Fantastic Location

Well equipped villa right next to the wonderful Marina Rubicon. The small private swimming pool was perfect for cooling off during the hot afternoons. The villa has all you could need for a self-catering holiday, that's if you can force yourself to eat in with the wide range of gastronomy available in the many and varied surroundings restaurants. Double bed was comfortable, rainfall shower was refreshing and the garden well furnished. Highly recommended

The property was in an excellent location. The property in general needs a little TLC. Couldn’t secure the outside patio door from the lounge as time has had its toll on them. Some of the external lighting needs maintenance including the pool light which never came on. There could be more info on the air con as I found by de fault that you needed to feed the system with 1 euro coins to work it. But overall had a pleasant stay. And the accommodation was spacious enough and had a good layout

Good times

We had a lovely stay again at this villa our 4th time and we have already booked again for next year . It suits us perfectly 2 minutes away from the sea and rubicon marina but also quiet and an easy gorgeous walk in playa Blanca town which takes a leisurely 20mins. Not modern but clean and comfortable. Lovely outside seating space and pool with the sun all day and evening until sunset. All you need is provided great for us being 2 couples as it has the two bathrooms, the bedrooms are an adequate size too

Absolutely love this property

This is our second visit, the contact with the owner and the person representing them locally is second to none. The villa is in a very peaceful location but less than 5 minutes from all the amenities, so perfect position. It is spotlessly clean with everything you need, and we certainly hope to be back soon.

This was my 2nd stay in this beautiful house and I really enjoyed that again. Everything is clean and everything you need is there. The service from Madam M. is great. Did not have a car- no problem- restaurants, supermarket, marina and beach close by.

Lovely little villa

We spent 8 days in late October in this lovely little villa. It has everything you could need in a great location. The mini supermarket is 2 mins away and the beautiful harbour just a few steps further. The main areas of Playa Blanca are a 20 min walk along the seafront promenade. We hired a car and each morning drove to the path towards Playa Papagayo then walked to Playa Mujeres. It was simply beautiful swimming in the clear waters. We can highly recommend this property. NB if you like using air conditioning collect some 1€ coins as it runs on a meter, 1€ = 4 hours.

Excellent Villa

Enjoyed our stay, great location it is 1 minute walk to supermarket, 10 minute walk to the marina and 20 minute walk to Playa Blanca, I don’t think there is a better location with a superb host.the photos don’t do the villa any justice. It has everything you need for a lovely holiday. If you have any issues there is a lovely lady who is available to contact when at the villa. I hope to return and will return to the same villa if I return to Playa Blanca.
