A moins de 200 mètres de la maison, vous avez la mer et la superbe marina Rubicon avec ses restaurants, ses boutiques et son supermercado.
Vous profiterez également de la promenade le long de la mer qui vous mènera à la plage et au centre animé de Playa Blanca.
La maison est idéalement équipée pour 4 personnes avec ses 2 chambres et ses 2 salles de bains, un coin repas, un living, une cuisine ėquipėe (lave vaisselle, micro onde, four etc...), une grande terrasse avec piscine privative chauffée par panneaux solaires.
La villa est entièrement équipée ( linge de maison, lave linge, télévision satellite, etc...)
Le climat doux et ensoleillé de l’île, ainsi que les nombreuses activitėes aquatiques et terrestres qui vous sont proposėes en font une destination idėale 365 jours par an!!

We had a lovely stay in this villa. It was our second time and will hopefully go back. It was very clean and the location was perfect as we didn’t have a car. Just around the corner from a supermarket and beautiful restaurants at the Rubicón marina.

We had a great holiday at the villa again this year , our 4th stay. It suits the four of us perfectly. It’s only a few minutes away from the marina and a short walk to the town . Overall a quiet area too and parking close by for our hire car .

Absolutely love this property

This is our second visit, the contact with the owner and the person representing them locally is second to none. The villa is in a very peaceful location but less than 5 minutes from all the amenities, so perfect position. It is spotlessly clean with everything you need, and we certainly hope to be back soon.

Fantastic Location

Well equipped villa right next to the wonderful Marina Rubicon. The small private swimming pool was perfect for cooling off during the hot afternoons. The villa has all you could need for a self-catering holiday, that's if you can force yourself to eat in with the wide range of gastronomy available in the many and varied surroundings restaurants. Double bed was comfortable, rainfall shower was refreshing and the garden well furnished. Highly recommended

We have stayed here twice now and have booked again for 2024 . It suits us perfectly although it doesn’t have the views it’s a couple of minutes from the marina restaurants bars supermarket and shops and a 15 minute walk to the Playa Blanca town . It’s comfortable with enough outside space for 4 adults and nice seating area looking forward to our next stay already ,

Good times

We had a lovely stay again at this villa our 4th time and we have already booked again for next year . It suits us perfectly 2 minutes away from the sea and rubicon marina but also quiet and an easy gorgeous walk in playa Blanca town which takes a leisurely 20mins. Not modern but clean and comfortable. Lovely outside seating space and pool with the sun all day and evening until sunset. All you need is provided great for us being 2 couples as it has the two bathrooms, the bedrooms are an adequate size too
