Set across three floors, there are three bedrooms, including one with a King-size bed and en suite shower room, sleeping up to six guests. The cottage has an open plan living, kitchen and dining room, plus a large furnished balcony with stunning views of the estuary. 29 Fore Street is the ideal base for a family or group looking to enjoy days on the beach, watersports, or exploring the coastline.

Town: Salcombe is a popular destination for watersports enthusiasts, walkers and families looking for a holiday by the sea. There are several pretty beaches within a short distance, including North Sands and South Sands, plus the coves East Portlemouth on the opposite side of the estuary, just a short passenger ferry ride away. Also on your doorstep is the National Trust property Overbeck’s where you can wander through the subtropical gardens. Why not have a more adventurous day and try out the watersports available on the estuary including surfing, coasteering, kayaking or a more leisurely boat trip? Whilst staying in Salcombe, take advantage of the locally sourced seafood which is served in many of the restaurants, pubs, cafés and delicatessens.
