Compact & bijou, warm, with a nice little balcony that catches the sun most of the day. No dining table and the main bedroom is quite small.

Great stay

We had a great time at Jacks stay. The flat was great, it is nicely renovated and was spotlessly clean. It included everything we needed and a handy location for the supermarket and easy walk into town.

First class renovation all you need supplied Clean ,Modern , Just great you could move in no problem Couple of points to know there are steps up to the property which could be slippy so be aware and there’s a fiddly process for the water for the shower we did the first three days not realising you had to change a setting on the boiler for hot water !!! Now we know I will book again

We had an excellent stay at this property. The description was completely accurate, everything was spotless on arrival, and the booking process was straightforward. The location is outstanding — quiet, scenic, and an easy walk to everything in Salcombe. The house itself is finished to a very high standard, with quality furniture and a modern, well‑thought‑out layout that made it feel genuinely comfortable rather than just “holiday let functional”. A really well-kept, high-spec place that made our stay very easy and very enjoyable.

Could've been a good holiday

The reason not given 5 star oven and trays very very greasy Bonit took them away first day saying she thought they needed industrial cleaning we never saw her or trays again so could not use oven for the holiday and was not contacted by anyone for rest of the week

We had a lovely time staying at this apartment. It was very well appointed and great location.

The information from our host was great and timely. The apartment has clearly been recently decorated and was in excellent condition with all the amenities you could hope for. I would highly recommend others taking advantage of this lovely location and property
