Great Location!!

We have been coming to Watercolor for 15 years and always enjoy the camp district. This house is in a great location next to the field and camp pool. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

Great house and great location!

We very much enjoyed the property and there was space for everyone. Convenient to all things Watercolor and Seaside. My only critique is that the mattresses were the cheap kind and I’d expect more from this type of rental.

Spring break

This was a great house for our group of 12. The location worked well for us to have the field right outside our back door. Our group spent time there and at the Camp Watercolor pools which were close. The beach and Beach Club required a long walk or short bike ride. The kids seemed to enjoy the bike ride, so this wasn't an issue for us. The property manager was easily reached via text or phone call during regular office hours. A few minor maintenance issues during the stay but nothing that needed immediate attention. Overall, a very enjoyable stay. Great community with several options for different age groups. We did lose a couple of wristbands and only one was replaced per the HOA rules. So, great care should be taken to keep track of the wristbands as that is how you access the pools and beach.

30A rental

House is great. Location is awesome with huge green space for kids to play & pool nearby. Unfortunately our reservation was 3/14-21. Watercolor started closing mid week. Pools, amenities, and beach access. Sent a couple messages to property manager asking if we could have a credit towards future rental. Got about a 12 word response.. Disappointing to say the best. We are all dealing with unforeseen coronavirus issues. I don’t think it would have been unreasonable to offer a credit/discount for future rental. My family has been to 30A 5 times in the past few years. Moving forward we will be using a different rental company.

We had a great stay at this well-appointed property. The kitchen was especially impressive — fully equipped, which was important to us since we cooked most nights. There are multiple cozy sitting areas both inside and outside, giving everyone a chance to find a bit of privacy when needed.The main beds were comfortable, with nice pillows, and the HVAC system worked perfectly, keeping the space cool and dry — a must-have in this climate. All plumbing fixtures functioned properly, and the interior was clean, comfortable, and tastefully furnished. We also appreciated the ample lighting throughout the home.The location is fantastic for this district, and the home backs up to a park, which added a nice touch. Sitting on the back porch in the morning with coffee, watching people work out while we relaxed, was a fun way to start the day.It was great that the property included six bikes — a thoughtful amenity we really appreciated. We rented an additional bike and two trailers to haul gear to the beach. Despite asking the property manager to inspect the bikes before our arrival, they all needed tire inflation, so our first day started on low tires, which was a little frustrating since we’re bike people. The bikes themselves were in good, though not great, condition; we saw some newer ones around the community. We rented the trailers from Big Fish Bike Rentals since the preferred vendor didn’t offer them — Big Fish was fantastic, and delivery was a breeze. Highly recommend them.

The house is as pictured. Watercolor is an amazing community, and we thought the house suited our needs. It does sleep 15. One of the “bedrooms” is a 4 bunk room, much like a walk in closet, only has the beds. The house was dirty, not cleaned properly. Master shower has mold, toilets stopped up multiple times (I will add this is only regular use). Dishwasher leaked, ice maker is not in operation. I think maybe the house is just older, not maintained properly though, and maybe it’s a lot for 15 people using an older plumbing system. I would just say it needs some attention. The house suited our needs, just an average property in an exceptional community that we love.

Our second stay

This was our second time staying here and we loved it! Perfect place for our large family to gather. The little ones loved being able to play out back on the green space and being within walking distance of the pool was a huge plus. The 4 stars was because the kitchen had a weird fishy smell when we arrived and the toilet was clogged. We were able to take care of both situations ourselves so not a big deal!

Perfect family getaway

The house was just as described, and perfect for our large family. The proximity to Camp Watercolor, the basketball court, and the large green space behind (excellent for all kinds of games/sports) made all those community amenities practically part of our backyard. The plumbing in the downstairs lavatory was a little temperamental, but otherwise, the house was perfect. We had an easy bike ride to the beach club, and easier access to Publix. We would definitely stay again.

First floor furniture adequate. Appliances dishwasher and stove need improvement Second king upstairs room no bed skirt. Queen room en suite bath had saggy bed. Loved the abundance of fluffy towels. We want to return next year. We loved the community of Watercolor.

Family Beach trip

The layout and location of this watercolor beach house was perfect for our family of 16. It had all the kitchen utensils and small appliances available. It was very close to the the children’s pools! We loved that! We had trouble with the powder room toilet stopping up immediately when we arrived. Called maintenance, he plunged it but it continued to be a problem. Our major disappointment was how worn the furniture and interior was and it honestly wasn’t very clean. But we still had a wonderful time.

Family Vacation 2020

This house was perfect for our three children and their three friends! So close to the Camp Watercolor pool. The golf cart was a huge bonus getting to and from the beach. Management was very attentive whenever we had a request or question. Will book this house again!

Great location. Ample room

Need a little attention to detail. Yes on pots and pans, but hard to match pans and lids. Had to buy a hot pad for cooking, Dishwasher isn't secure in wall, we had to repair corner cabinet door falling off, blinds in master bedroom, missing several slats. BUT, a table for 10 (hard to find) great places to gather on porches and living room, room great for puzzle working, and great shower pressure! A great property all in all!

Excellent location for families and children

Great house and location. Very close to the new pool and Public grocery store. We had a toddler and baby with us so that was important. Only complaint is that there were a few small annoying maintenance items. Shower faucets didn't work properly and blinds in main master were all broken. We had never been to Watercolor so we appreciated the bikes that came with the rental. Great place to vacation - something for everyone.

Huge house

Great location right on Camp Watercolor park. The house is very open and flows very well. The kids were able to hop on the bikes and explore all the trails Watercolor has to offer. We hope to make this an annual tradition here. Thanks!

Beautiful home!!! Was perfect for our group!

We have rented this home several times. We enjoy the location on the grand lawn of Camp Watercolor, quick access to the pool, and a fun bike ride to the beach! This home is well-appointed, spacious, clean and comfy! We recommend it for anyone with families.

Fantastic stay

This was our second time staying at this gorgeous home. We had plenty of space for our two families and the kids absolutely love the location adjacent to the athletic field. The proximity to the camp watercolor pool is also a plus. It was nice just to walk out the back door and over to the pool without having to load up the bikes. Clean house, comfy beds and plenty of room for everyone! Another fantastic trip, we will be back!
