Gorgeous Oceanfront Vacation Destination!

Sunset Suite is a whimsical, windswept beach house that has every amenity a house right on a beach should have! It is very secluded; the last house located right on the ocean before the Greenwich Dunes. Sunset Suite has 830 feet of beach right in your own Walk for miles on the finest beach in PEI's north shore! Sunset Suite has 1850 feet of fantastic space. The first floor has an open concept living room with a dining room, and a fully applianced kitchen. Every window in these rooms have an amazing view of the gulf of St. Lawrence! The first floor also has a bedroom with a Queen size bed in it. The first floor has a lovely full bathroom with a washer/dryer in it. The second floor is so charming with a sitting room in between two very large bedrooms. There is a gorgeous bathroom with a two person jetted tub for unwinding after a hard day at the beach.. There is a sunrise deck off the sitting room to enjoy your morning coffee and a sunset screened in deck to enjoy your happy hour cocktails. Off of the master bedroom is a spiral staircase to a 17 foot long room surrounded by windows. The views up there are magnificent and the kids love that space. There is a large wrap around porch perfect for dinners and entertaining all your friends who can join you in watching the seals eating their evening meal in the ocean in front of you. There are an abundance of wildlife as we are in such a gorgeous spot. We see eagles flying over, blue herons waiting patiently for their dinner, jack rabbits, hummingbirds frequent our wildflowers. Enjoy the beautiful aroma of beach roses and wild berries. This place is like being in a fairytale come true! All prices are in US dollars !

The house was extremely comfortable with comfy couches and beds. The kitchen was very well stocked. I loved being able to open all the doors in the morning and go outside for coffee on the deck or balconies! My dog definitely loved the house as well. We saw some beautiful sunsets right in the backyard. Thanks for a great stay!

Perfect location

This home is a comfortable and spacious piece of heaven right on the ocean next to pristine Greenwich National Park. The owners are very attentive that you should have a pleasant stay, and you will not be disappointed. Our family did not want to leave.

Wonderful two-week visit!

Great spot - gorgeous view, amazing beach a short walk away, Greenwich National Seashore is incredible, house's location is remote, which was a huge plus for us; moreover, everything you'd want to visit is within an hour's drive - great golf (especially Crowbush Cove), Basin Head Beach, Charlottetown, etc. We retired in July and wanted to take a trip after settling into our retirement home and this was a perfect getaway!

We found kitchen with all the supplies we needed..for mussels oyster and lobster dinners for 6Interior of cottage very comfortableWe had extra hot days of 33cAnd AC was efficientSite is spectacular for sunsets and Close access to beautiful beach.Exterior of cottage is a little tired looking.but comfortable.Direct beachfront with accumulated seaweed is smelly at times but hard to always deal with mother natureSo just moved our swimming down the beach..very private most of the time.

Everything was great, had everything we needed. Don was great and easy to get hold of and very accommodating. The sunsets are amazing at this place and the ocean front and the beach down the road were awesome . We celebrated our 25 years here and was amazing and very relaxing by the water . The seafood shack in Morell to eat was incredible

A slice of paradise

Don was a very helpful host and responded quickly to any questions. The kitchen was well stocked and the bathrooms were very clean. The setting is the Pearl in the oyster! Beautiful, quiet and private.

Comfortable home from home, with the added advantage of being by the sea. It is peaceful with just the sounds of the sea and the birds, we had beautiful weather for most of our stay. Had plenty of evening walks on the beach with my daughter looking for sea glass. The dog loved it too!

Went beginning to mid May. A bit chilly, but nice when it was sunny. Still off season, so the island was quiet and peaceful - had most places to myself when out exploring! It was great! Sunsets from this home would never get old. Comfortable and has everything you would need.

Perfect piece of Paradise

They were incredibly accommodating, really couldn’t have been more so. Don was close by but never bothered us while checking in via text a couple of times just to make certain we had what we needed. Spectacular vacation

Description of this property is not perfectly accurate, because it is hard to describe the sound of the ocean, the smells of the sea, and the feeling of beach sand in your toes. But when you want to enjoy PEI, this property is a must. Very clean, uniquely special with its views, location, and accessiblity, and the hosts goes out of their way to make this vacation perfect. The property is perfectly stocked with everything you need, the hosts are always too willing to help out and make suggestions, and we can't wait to come back.

Wow!This cozy house was just the ticket for our family vacation! We felt like it could have been our own family home as we settled in quickly.Highlights were:The private beach a short walk away. By private, I mean only once were two there people on the beach with us!The beautiful bay in front of the house that changed with the weather! Seals greeted us early in the trip!Thoughtful details like spices, towels, well equipped kitchen, grill. Ample space inside and out for 8 adults.Several spaces to tuck away from the group to play music, read and have a conversation!The hosts!!!!! Don and Diane checked in us to make sure we had everything we needed, to tell us stories of the island the the house and to make us feel welcome!The location was beautiful, close enough to shops in St Peter’s Bay and centrally located. We rented some instruments (banjo, keyboard, amp) and brought some with us so the house was full of music!We hope to get back! Our dog River still has not forgiven us for coming back home!!!

Sunsets by the ocean

We had an amazing vacation by the ocean at this property! Don and Diane were the perfect hosts, attentive to any needs. The sunsets were incredible to watch from the front porch, front yard and if the mosquitoes got to be too much, we retreated to relax in the screened in deck, fully protected. The house is fantastic with lots of space for relaxing both outside and in, and a cute loft room for some quiet time. You can’t beat the ocean view, after all the house is just a few steps from the water. There is a long sandy beach a short walk down a grass path and over some rocky terrain. We had an amazing time and will return next year!

Perfectly appointed, beautiful, windswept, seaside oceanfront house. You can actually walk right from our house to the Greenwich Dunes! Every evening we celebrate Happy Hour as we watch the most spectacular sunsets over the ocean! We have a lovely fire pit in our yard where we gather to share stories about our perfect days spent at the beach. After that we all lay on a blanket on the ground to count the shooting stars and gaze at the Milky Way!
