Executive cottage directly across from a beautiful sandy beach. Mandy's Beach House is centrally located and has something for everyone. Spend the day swimming, sunbathing, playing in the sand, relaxing, strolling and much more on this quiet North Shore beach. As the tide goes out, enjoy the shallow waters bringing sand bars on the soft, sandy ocean floor allowing children to play for hours. For those cycle enthusiasts, Mandy's Beach House is also located near the Confederation Trail as well as the Charlottetown - Mount Stewart loop which allows for endless Kilometres of cycling adventures. There is a secured storage shed available for your convenience as well.

After a day at the beach, rinse off the salt and sand with our convenient outdoor shower. Further outdoor amenities include a picnic table, beach chairs, fire pit and BBQ.

Mandy's Beach House is outfitted with comfortable furniture throughout. The main floor features an open concept living room, dining room and kitchen.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you may need during your stay. There is a large dining table for 6 for you to enjoy your meal as you look out the large ocean front windows.

The beach house is equipped with unlimited high speed internet and is connected to a 4k smart tv with bluetooth music system and blu-ray/DVD player with lots of movies and a Netflix account for your entertainment.

The beach house has three bedrooms. There are two on the main floor with a full bath. One room has a queen bed with a full dresser and large closet for storage. The second room has bunk beds, one twin and one double with storage underneath.

The third bedroom is a queen, loft style room with a full dresser and ensuite.

To make your stay more comfortable, all beds are equipped with duvets.

For your convenience, we have laundry facilities on site.

For those guests with infants, the beach house has a hook on chair for the dining table and a play pen.

Mandy's Beach House is only 25 minutes away from Charlottetown which offers everything from shopping, festivals, great restaurants and an amazing waterfront boardwalk from Victoria Park to Peake's Wharf. The beach house is 15 minutes to Morell which has a grocery store, gas station and liquor store. Rodd's Crow Bush has a golf digest 5 star rating and is an 18 minute drive from the beach house. There is deep sea fishing in the area or bring your own gear to fish for striped bass from the shoreline.

Mandy's Beach House will exceed all your expectations. It is inspected annually by tourism PEI to ensure it meets the health, cleanliness and safety standards required for operation

"Our family stayed here for 1 week and it was better than we imagined. House is located right on the beach, we were able to skip down to the water anytime we wanted. The beach is private, the sunsets are beautiful and sand is red.
Short drive to amenities (Groceries, restaurants, etc). The house is fully stocked with all the creature comforts. Our favourite part was the outside shower (had warm water!) to rinse off the sand before going inside.
We played the board and trivia games on the rainy evenings and took long strolls along the beach other evenings.
The kids absolutely loved the vacation, and I can say with 100% certainty we will be back to Savage Harbour Beach".
