Its large 110m2 main room, completely open and bathed in natural light, is the heart of the house: kitchen, dining room and living area in a single space so that no one is left ‘outside’. In winter, the room becomes even more special thanks to its spectacular central fireplace, open on all four sides, which fills the space with warmth and creates a unique atmosphere for gatherings and group evenings.
The accommodation combines an industrial style with the original structure of the building and all modern comforts. The rooms are spacious and all have private bathrooms, perfect for groups looking for comfort and privacy.
Outside, you will have a private courtyard with a built-in barbecue, a lawn area and a porch with a large table for 14 people, ideal for long after-dinner conversations in the open air. Nearby is the saltwater swimming pool, for exclusive use, surrounded by lawns and sun loungers: a quiet and intimate space.
