As one of our guests said in his review below, 'Feels like a home, not a rental.' And you’ll feel right at home too as you enjoy our comfy living room and bedroom retreats, a complimentary bottle of wine, and a small assortment of local goodies.

Courtyards Villa #4 is located in Broken Top Golf Club, a gated community located on Bend's desirable Westside. Broken Top Club is located just off of Mt. Washington Drive, near OSU-Cascades, minutes from downtown Bend, The Old Mill District, Hayden Homes Amphitheater, the Westside's numerous restaurants and pubs, including 10 Barrel and Ariana, and just blocks from Century Drive, the road to Mt. Bachelor.

Our beautiful, quiet, updated 2 BR/2/5 BA 1800 sq ft two story luxury townhome is situated on the 18th fairway in the spectacular, secluded, gated community of Broken Top Club. Our townhome features a private entrance and garage, free wireless internet, three HDTVs with DVR, cable TV including The Golf Channel, and a washer/dryer.

Our spacious living room features a remote-controlled gas fireplace, a newer 55 inch 1080p HDTV with cable, and oversized, comfy furniture. We have a large private deck with hot tub, Weber gas grill and outdoor dining table accessible from the first floor master suite and the living room.

Our kitchen is fully-stocked and has a side-by-side refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, disposal, Keurig coffee machine and dinnerware, silverware, glassware, utensils, etc. The kitchen features a large island with marble counters and seating for four - great for entertaining - a dinette table which seats two and a living room coffee table which can be converted to an eating table.

Our townhome features two master bedroom suites - one on each floor. The first floor suite has a queen bed with a luxury mattress, newer bedding and furniture, and a private bathroom with two sinks.

The large upstairs master suite occupies an entire floor and has a king bed with a luxury mattress, newer bedding, a private deck, a huge walk-in double shower with a skylight, double sinks, and a large walk-in closet.

Had a great time in a great place

We were in town to sightsee and attend a concert at the amphitheater. This VRBO is outstanding, has everything you’ll need and more, and the host couldn’t be nicer. Would definitely stay here again. We loved the Bend and Oregon.

Family vacation in Bend

We had a wonderful stay at this property on our family trip to Bend. The location was great and near everything. The hot tub was perfect after a long day of exploring. The deck was great to enjoy your morning coffee. The place was perfect for our family of 4. They had all the accommodations we needed.

It was a great townhome and location!

We loved the property! It was in such a quiet and beautiful setting. It was centrally located to everything. Anything we wanted to do was only about 10 minutes away. We had a wonderful time and will book there again. If you’re thinking of this location, just do it!

Comforts of home

Great townhouse with lots of amenities in unit. Host provided very detailed communications about our stay which we appreciated very much. Quiet location but close to all that Bend has to offer. Only disappointment was not being able to play the golf course it was on. Definitely will be returning for a future stay.

Great house with all you could need

Spent 3 days here and would highly recommend to everyone. Clean, comfortable & probably the best equipped rental we have stayed in. The owners have thought of everything, great communication and all the information you need to enjoy your stay. Quick Bend Visit

We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO! Cliff was incredibly organized and responsive, making the booking process smooth and hassle-free. My wife and I are in our 70's and spend our time in Bend, the Gulf Coast and Wisconsin (as little time as possible in Wisconsin!). We would love to spend more time Bend but our big family, spread out around the country, takes priority. I manage our rentals and my wife takes a hands-on role in maintaining and updating our townhome.

Our family loves the outdoors and four seasons offered by Bend's high desert weather. The day I first wrote our listing, my son went skiing at Mt. Bachelor and our golf course was full of golfers! We love the area surrounding Bend because it is a geological and scenic wonderland. We love the City of Bend because of its downtown area and its many great restaurants and craft breweries.

We love the convenience and privacy of our townhome because it is on the westside of Bend just minutes away from 10 Barrel, Ariana, the Old Mill and the historic downtown but set in the beautiful and quiet seclusion of Broken Top Golf Club.
