Villa Pins for six people with pool

The Villa Pins with 3 bedrooms is a cosy and elegant villa with a private pool, ideally located within the coveted Cala San Vicente resort, with its 3 sandy bays and crystal-clear waters just a short walk away. Accommodating 6 people in comfortable furnished interiors, the villa has air conditioning and is the perfect option for all those guests seeking truly Mallorcan holidays without constantly depending on a car. The bays that form Cala San Vicente (respectively called Cala Clara, Cala Barques and Cala Molins) are a charming jewel of Mallorca, still hidden from mass tourism, and the perfect place to relax and unwind in a welcoming and friendly environment.



Inside, the villa is modern, conveniently situated on a single floor and carefully finished to offer unforgettable holidays surrounded by all comforts. There is a large living room with an adjacent kitchen and dining area, with large patio doors that open directly onto the pool patios and gardens with lawn, shrubs and pine trees. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances for a holiday and the living room has comfortable sofas, satellite television (free channels) and a DVD player. There are 3 bedrooms in total, one double and 2 doubles, as well as 2 large bathrooms with shower. Air conditioning in the two double rooms is available at fixed hours between 14:00-16:00 and 20:00-8:00. The single room does not have air conditioning. The upper floor of the villa belongs to another property and does not share the gardens or the pool, which are for the exclusive use of guests staying in Villa Pins.



In the exterior, the villa offers the unbeatable plus of exclusive gardens with lawn and mature trees, as well as a private swimming pool. Deciding whether to stay by the pool or enjoy a walk on the beach will be a difficult decision! The pool measures 4m x 3m and the depth is 1.8m - 2.10m. Guests have sun loungers and umbrellas available.



The tourist tax is included in the price.



Important information to keep in mind:



In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.



On the check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of 150 € will be applied for waste management.



Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of 26 October) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), so close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for registering all guests.
