Located in the heart of downtown Steamboat Springs, this modern condo located in the prestigious Victoria building is steps away from the Yampa river, the free shuttle bus, many restaurants and shops.

The living room has a beautiful gas fireplace and a large TV. It opens to a huge private deck with a firepit and heated tile to melt away the snow.

The sleeper sofa in the living area allows for extra sleeping capacity, with sheets and pillows stored in the master closet.

The kitchen has beautiful mahogany cabinets and is fully stocked with a refrigerator, microwave, stove, stove top; including dishware, silverware, pots/pans and utensils. Perfect for skiers, and hikers who want to be in the heart of town. There is a heated garage and a storage area for ski equipment.
 
The bedroom has a King-size bed, a TV, its own private fireplace, closet, and an ensuite bathroom with heated floors, large tub, and a stand-alone steam shower.

Very comfortable. We loved the space. The only thing I would recommend is to provide washcloths along with the Bath towels. A small thing that I missed having. Also the information about the key pad was a bit confusing but was quickly solved the property management person at Skyrun.

Great location and property. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Steamboat. Condo was very comfortable and worked out perfectly for our trip. The key lock box was a bit of a pain (located in the stairwell) and we had a bit of trouble opening and closing the lock box. Noticed other units with keypads on the doors, which would be a better option. Great outdoor space...would recommend the property to others. Thanks.
