This is a 40 acre rural property but only 2 minutes drive to the centre of town and beaches.Your onsite hosts are 5th generation Tasmanian's and will be able to assist you with all your travel information. Barnbougle Dunes and Lost Farm golf courses are just five minutes drive. Blue Derby Mountain Bike Trails are only 40 minutes drive away. So, you have bike trails, walking tracks and beaches at your fingertips, not to mention cafes, hotels shops and supermarket and fuel. FORESTER AND PIPERS are standard 2 bedroom fully self contained units. Very spacious, cosy wood fire and electric heating too. Sunny verandahs, so you can just relax and unwind. Full kitchens and living rooms. From $160 per night. BRID is a standard 1 bedroom fully self contained unit, great for an overnight stay. Full kitchen and living room with wood fire. From $140 per night We also have Wattle Cottage three bedroom, Wattle spa studio two bedroom, Lavender cottage two bedroom and two bathroom - lots of different options, WHY because not all guests are the same! ..................................... The coastal town of Bridport is just 2 minutes by car where you can enjoy strolling on the beaches any time of year. Please note the following before enquiring, this will save us all time and effort. 1. The standard ensuite room is $110 per night for two people. 2. The two bedroom apartments (fully self contained) are $160 per night for two people 3. The one bedroom spa cottage is $170 per night for two people. 4. The three bedroom spa cottage is $185 per night for two people 5. The extra person rate is $15-$25 per night. 6. Children are not free. 7. We provide many other facilities on the property which you may use while staying. Self contained cottages Wattle cottage is a fully self catering 3 bedroom cottage. It has 2 queen bedrooms and a twin room. Kitchen/living room is fully equiped, including a dishwasher and the large oval spa bath in the bathroom is heaven! Great for groups of friends to share. Lavender Spa cottage is a one bed room intimate self catering cottage for two. Relax, reconnect, take time out together. Enjoy the new bathroom with heated floor. From $170 per night for two. Take a walk around the property. Breakfast hampers and seafood platters can be delivered to your door! Ensuite rooms Lavender suite is our ensuite room with 1 double bed and 1 single. From $110 per night. This room also has disabled access and a full disabled bathroom. This room has tea and coffee making facilities, great for a quick overnight stay. No kitchen no living room. Wattle Spa Studio is our 2 bed room ensuite room, one queen bed ground floor and one queen bed up stairs. Bathroom has a corner spa bath. From $140 per night. This room has tea and coffee making facilities, and a microwave. No kitchen and no living room. Our Terms and conditions: All rooms are non smoking. Not all the Property is suitable for pets. Check in is after 2:00pm Check out is by 10:00am. No Show attracts 100 percent fee. All Cancellations attract a 20 percent fee. Cancellations within 72 hours attracts a 100 per cent fee for the first night, and 20 percent of subsequent nights. Late check out fee is by negotiation.
