Seashells is only a few minutes walk to Nelson Bay CBD, D'Albora Marina, restaurants, the pristine Nelson Bay beach and clubs.

Just 2 1/2 hours north of Sydney this apartment is fully equipped with all the modern accessories to make your holiday perfect.

It has all the luxuries including reverse air conditioning, as well as ceiling fans in the bedrooms, Smart TV, WIFI, dishwasher, a BBQ area and in ground swimming pool.

The apartment features a stainless steel and granite kitchen, internal laundry, three large bedrooms with built-ins, two bathrooms and three large sunny balconies. This property is offered fully self contained and is not serviced. You are required to bring your own linen and toiletries including sheets, towels, pillow cases, bath mats, washers and tea towels. A LIMITED amount of toilet paper, dish washing liquid, and Laundry powder may be supplied and therefore we recommend you bring your own with you to avoid running out.

Includes two wide screen TV's. In the main lounge/living area there is a large smart TV with another TV in the master bedroom.
Also has WIFI.

Port Stephens the perfect destination, just over 2 1/2 hours drive from Sydney, offers something for everyone. It is the perfect escape route, for city-dwellers, those seeking relaxation, anyone after outdoor family activities or for those in the pursuit of fun.

A Blue water paradise of over 26 golden sandy beaches, eco-diverse Marine and National Parks. With a resident population of bottlenose dolphins, whales in season, spectacular bushwalking and wild flowers and endless water activities such as 1st class snorkelling and diving in marine parks, fishing for marlin or anyone of the numerous inshore species of fish.

Play a round of golf on a world renown golf course or simply check out some of the areas fantastic restaurants and speciality shops, boutiques and gift shops. For the adventurous there is 4 wheel driving on the fabulous Stockton Bight.

Very neat and tidy. Was a disappointed that the pool wasn't clean. Pool area had wood chips from branches being cut down and had gone into the pool. Parking was great. Unit had everything you could ever need. nice and cool with AC and Fans.

We very much loved our week long stay at Steve’s property.The property is very clean and spacious for our family of two parents and 3 sons.Its location is ideal, walking distance to Nelson bay marina and shopping centre and walking / minutes drive away from some of the main attractions in the area, and yet it’s in a quiet street, making it great to relax and enjoy a nice family time after a day out.Steve is an excellent host, very quick to respond to any inquiriesHighly recommend it and would stay there again in the future

Excellent location

We had a great weekend at this property. The location was perfect for us - not far to walk down to the shops and restaurants in one direction and not far down to the beach in the other. The property was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. I would recommend this property.

the unit is in a good position if you are young enough and able to walk to town but my wife was unable to do that and we had to drive every where and you had to pay to park.

Sunny break

What a great location. Easy walk to the Marina and shops. Kids loved the pathway through to swimming in the Bay. Great restaurants and lovely walks. The unit was so spacious with plenty of room for us all. Well equiped kitchen with everything you could want or need. Would definitely recommend this accommodation for any one travelling as a family.

Spacious and spotless

Great apartment for multiple families. Very clean. Steve was a pleasure to deal with. Balconies for every room. Close to most things in Nelson Bay and Shoal Bay. The only downside was having one set of keys as you need keys for the building front door, pool etc which is hard to manage when people are doing different things. We were also surprised by the traffic on Magnus St. Cars and trucks speed along the road.

Clean, convenient and cool

We had a great stay at Seashells. Very good position with easy walk down to the Town Centre and convenient parking. We came for the Port Stephen's Run and the easy walk to the start was great. Easy communication between property manager- and loved that the air con was already on for us when we arrived on a 30 degree + day. Kids loved the swimming pool on site. Apartment was very clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

Exceptional Appartment

We were so impressed with the Appartment. Great location, easy walk down to the marina. Travelling with an 87 year mother is not always easy but this appartment was well set out with plenty of room. It was comfortable and homely. The extras detail of what is needed when your on holiday, made for a very enjoyable break. The host Steve was very quick to response to enquiries and I would highly recommend this place to everyone.
