As of Today Sept 25 our BEACH IS CLEAN NO SEAWEED.. This amazing family condo is very spacious with 2,150 sq ft of living space, it has beautiful Ocean views, a short walk to our glorious blue turquoise water, you can sit in the privacy of your balcony to enjoy your margaritas while watching the sunset and the flying Pelicans, all you will hear is the sound of the waves crashing by the beach and if you come at the right time of the year you will see the big turtles nesting just outside your balcony.
Children are welcome...!, our balcony is child safe.
We have maintenance personnel from 8am to 10pm, any issues are taking care by our personnel right away.
Guests is responsible for buying their own supplies, we leave some to last for a couple of days.
IF you are coming to have dental work at Cancun Dental Specialists we are across the street, very convenient.

Ours is a family place, no spring or summer breakers.
This apartment has 2,150 sq ft or 200 M2 with marble floors, 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths, living, dining room, bar area with a fully equipped kitchen with granite counters, laundry room, a balcony facing the Ocean and free WIFI Internet, TV, Apple TV with Netflix. We have an excellent bus transport service in the hotel zone and a rental car is not needed.

We have 24 hours security, loungers, tables, beach umbrellas and the restaurant outside our building offers food and drinks service by the beach.

The bus system is excellent and there is no need to rent a car, for an additional fee we offer transportation from the airport.
