We were thrilled with the cleanliness and roominess of our house. Any questions or concerns we had were handled promptly and professionally and we felt taken care of! The kitchen, laundry, pool closet and game room were all stocked with more than enough supplies for our stay. We would highly recommend this home and definitely recommend this company as well. Thank you for making our stay in Clermont, Florida so enjoyable and relaxing!

It was a good place to stay for families with teen aged kids. Enjoyed our stay all 7 nights. Pool helped me and kids to soothe our foot pain after returning from Disney parks.

We booked this property based on the amenities and access described in the listing. Unfortunately, we experienced multiple significant issues that were not disclosed prior to booking and substantially impacted our stay: • Heated pool/Hot Tub – The pool was barely heated and not usable as expected, despite being advertised as a heated pool. The Hot tub was coolder than the pool. • Undisclosed HOA road closure and parking restriction – During our stay, the HOA re-tarred the road, preventing any vehicle access to the property for up to 48 hours. We were required to park at the clubhouse approximately a quarter mile away and walk back and forth, including at night, while carrying our belongings with three children. • We were forced to leave the property early on one day to avoid being trapped and missing pre-planned travel and park reservations. And we were lucky to leave if i didnt go get breakfast we would have been trapped with no way to leave

Thank you for your feedback. We are truly sorry to hear that aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. Guest experience is extremely important to us, and we always encourage guests to notify us immediately of any concerns so we can address them in real time. Regarding the pool and hot tub, we were not made aware of any heating issues during your stay. Had this been reported, we would have immediately dispatched our pool technician to inspect and resolve the matter. We always want our guests to fully enjoy the amenities, especially when pool heat has been requested. With respect to the road resurfacing, we were unfortunately not notified in advance by the resort’s HOA about the temporary closure. As soon as we became aware of the situation, we understood how inconvenient this would be — particularly with children — and we sincerely apologize for the disruption it caused. Situations like this are outside of our control, but we completely recognize the inconvenience of having to park at the clubhouse and walk back and forth. To acknowledge the disruption, we provided a partial refund as a gesture of goodwill. We are genuinely sorry that these circumstances led to a 1-star review. It is never our intention for a guest’s stay to be negatively impacted, and we would have welcomed the opportunity to resolve the pool concern had we been notified during your visit. We wish you and your family all the best in your future travels.

The home was as described, was clean with comfortable beds and lots of small generous amenities like pool toys, umbrellas. Communication with the rental company was challenging at times but was sorted out swiftly. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

Great place

We absolutely loved the house. It was plenty big enough for the 8 of us and family we had over for dinner one night. Location is perfect. Swimming pool and entire house were in great shape and very comfortable.

Family vacation

I love the house and have stayed there before. Would stay again as long as they fix hot tub. House has anything you could need. And the mattresses sleep really good.

Disney Vacation

Our family booked this home for our Disney vacation and were more than pleased with our stay! Communication was fantastic, the owner was very quick to respond by phone/email. The house and pool were extremely clean and well equipped with anything we could've possibly needed. Location was prime for visiting the parks, and being down the road from a Walmart was a huge plus! 10/10 would recommend for your next vacation!

Perfect Disney Vacation house

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your home. The house was clean, and well stocked with anything you might need. It was close to Walmart and Publix, and a short drive to the Disney Parks. We would definitely recommend! It was much more relaxed and enjoyable than it would have been staying on property.

House was amazing and homie. We enjoyed our stay! Everything thing was good. Only downfall was the last night there, the kids really wanted to swim, but pool water was low and filled with bugs. Overall, we had a blast!

Perfect break from reality!!!

Everything from the cleanliness, amenities such as pool/beach toys. The layout of the house was perfect for our group of 10. Playroom was a great plus. The pool was also perfect. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Great location to get yo Disney as well as going to the beach.

Great Stay in Florida

Everything was as expected for this home. We enjoyed our stay and the pool was great for days where we didn't go to the parks. The game room was fun, but we didn't utilize it much as it was too hot to be in the garage during our stay. Plenty of room for our large family to stretch out.

Great house and location

House was amazing had everything we needed!! Had a little problem with AC but after we contacted host it was fixed within hours. We stayed there during Milton and had no problems. Electric never even blinked. All in all it was a great hurrication!!

Great stay close to Disney and restsurants

Very pleased with this rental. They had about everything one could need. There were pool toys, beach towels, booster seats, umbrellas, ponchos, hair straightner, fans, cooler, etc. Very spacious home. We had a good impression as we walked in. My kids enjoyed the garage and pool.
