Perfect Beach Stay

Perfect location and view from the balcony. The condo is exactly as advertised. It’s a perfect size for a couple. Resort has many amenities. Our room was not cleaned upon arrival, but Cindy was very responsive and someone arrived a short time later to clean it.

Weekend stay

Location was great, check was alittle of a pain as we arrived late so security gave us temporary keys and car pass, but then we had to go recheck in again the next day. The condo was quaint, but kind of small., definitely could use more towels but for a short weekend, it served its purpose and we had a lot of fun! The pool area and the beach are great!!

Inside very well kept, birds roosting on balcony

Interior of the property was very nice, clean and well kept. The balcony had a lot of bird droppings and a pigeon appeared to have been roosting there for a long time. We hung a broom on the light to keep the pigeons off it and cleaned up 2 chairs and one side good enough so we could sit on one side. Other than that very nice!

NICE condo and resort

Loved our stay at Ocean Walk. The condo was clean. The balcony was wonderful. The resort was over the top. We will stay here again for sure.

Resort wouldn’t rent my room for 6 ppl because I didn’t report that my 2YO. Had to rent 2nd room

I rented room for 6 ppl. Didn’t report my 2yo son and manager wouldn’t give me room key because of fire hazard I was told. Had to rent a whole 2nd room (that wasn’t cheap) or leave at 9pm after 3 hour drive with whole family. Owner was great management SUCKS

Amazing Daytona race stay and mini vacation

The place is great building is clean and very friendly people there. The view is amazing from the balcony and kid friends building pools and amenities were great will definitely be booking again. Owner is great with communicating quick to respond all around great person. Thanks for a amazing stay A++++++++ on everything

Overall, good stay

View and pools were great. Overall we enjoyed ourselves. However, i believe the bathroom could use a little updating. Towel bar kept coming off the wall, the finish on the toilet seat is wearing off and needs replacing, and the caulk around the base of the toilet is stained and needs reolacing. The washer also wasn't working properly, we were told a new one was being delivered but it didnt come while we were there.

This place has a great location. It just needs some updates with the refrigerator and washer/dryer. It was great for our needs and we really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect Location

This property was perfect for us. It was within walking distance of so much, multiple pools, beach access, etc. We would 100% recommend.

Turkey Rod Run

Location: We stayed for the Turkey Rod Run Event at the Daytona Speedway. Great location to walk out front of and see tons of hot rods riding back and forth. Location is directly in the middle of the Daytona Beach "Strip" which means you get to see all the action and have plenty of shops, restaurants, etc. Room: The room was in great shape, didnt have a single issue. All was clean and tidy, kitchen had every appliance/ pots/pans etc you could possibly need. Check in: I was honestly a little worried about the check in process due to some of the reviews that I read before our trip, but ours was seemless! No line, took all of 5 min to get checked in and the lady behind the counter was very nice and welcoming!

Family vacation

I came here for a family vacation. The resort was family friendly, but also could be a fun place for an adult getaway as well. I loved the deck, music, pool bar, all the pools, lazy river, and the dj was nice the one day. The best part was the ocean temperature! It was actually warm enough to walk right in! I’m used to Maryland, New Jersey areas where the ocean is too cold. I would consider staying again in the future. The only issue we had was with our ice machine not working, but we were able to buy ice right downstairs from Starbucks.

OK, but, needs some TLC

The location & view is great! Some times the wait for the elevator took a very long time. The ice maker in the frig is not working. We had to go out to buy ice & toilet paper- they only left us a half of one roll for 2 people in for 7 nights! The door of the frig is rusted/filthy. a towel rack in the bath is falling off the wall! We forgot a small freezer bag with my wife's eye drops in it. We called Cindy and she sent it to our home- but she charged us $52+ dollars! Outrageous ! We would have stopped there and picked it up is she gave us the opportunity. I texted her and she said she didn't see my text. Not very cool. I never authorized her to charge my credit card. I'm upset!!!

We will be back next year!

Overall we had a great stay. This is a perfect place for my husband and I with a teenager. We enjoyed the pool, the beach, good food and shops close by, starbucks coffee in lobby, fireworks and music at the bandshell and so much more. We were greeted by Brandon a security guard who made us feel so welcomed. Great resort that has everything you need. We had our room changed without being told until I noticed a few days before we arrived but that did not present a problem, beautiful room and when we needed air conditioning service it happened quickly. We would highly recommend.

Great weekend getaway

Great property for a weekend getaway for my daughter’s birthday. Everything was as expected and fitting to the lower rate we paid. WiFi didn’t work but that definitely did not impact our stay. Overall great property for the price. Great information provided by the property manager prior to check in.

Great location and resort!

We had a wonderful week with my one year old. The resort was perfect for a family vacation and walking distance to the boardwalk and several restaurants. We loved the ocean view of the room! The only issues we had was that the floors were filthy, even my 1 year old daughters feet were black from only walking in the room for an hour or 2 in the evening (we were at the beach most of the day) and the other issue was the noise. It's a very loud resort (pool bar plays music past 10pm every night) and the walls are thin - when our neighbors door would slam it woke us up every time! Aside from those 2 small things, the stay was a blast thats why I gave it 5 stars still!

Nice Get Away

We had a very nice stay. The view from the room was just breath taking! We loved going outside to watch the sunrise over the ocean! We also enjoyed going out to watch the waves and dolphins. When we first arrived we noticed the garbage disposal wasn’t working. I emailed the property manager and by the end of the day it was fixed! Overall the room was very nice. I had read the bed wasn’t comfy but I have to say I slept great in it! It is a firm mattress but I found it comfy. I would definitely book this unit again in the future. Amazing view of the ocean, pool, and board walk!

We loved our stay!

The condo was what we expected. Unfortunately the A/C was not working when we got there but it was fixed in a timely manner without issue. I would definitely recommend staying at this location!

Loved seeing Family

We were there from Oct 9th through the 13th, it was just one week after Hurricane Ian so a lot of my complaints the owner could not do much about or even knew about them till we told her and for the most part she fixed them. First I must say the condo itself was great, right off the water, we had a balcony to sit out and have our coffee, take pictures and listen to the waves, I do wish there was maybe another chair for setting in the Living room and maybe a card table there that we could have used, also make sure you bring a power strip, there is a plugin but not in places you really need, it or I just did not see them, if ever I use that one again there is a few things I will bring myself (power strip – card table –) Ok some of the things that were wrong, the TV did not work (she had it fixed) Something was going on with the Electoral thing charged slow, and it killed 2 laptops, although My Daughter repairs Laptops and got her’s to working, she has not looked at mine yet so I hope she can get mine back, LOL, the stove only had one eye working so that first breakfast meal was fun. (The owner did have someone to fix it) If you have any problems call her and she will take care of it, we did not call her, (Don’t ask me why) the only reason she knew was that she came by to let us know that someone was coming to change out the dresser. So overall I give an A- Enjoy and have fun

Nice relaxing Labor Day

Loved every minute of it. Staff was amazing and friendly would stay there again for sure would recommend updating the beds the mattresses were not very comfortable but everything else was great.
