We enjoyed our stay and the updates on the rooms were very nice. We had trouble with the sheets on the bed and we could not find a hair dryer but that was are only problems.Hope to stay there again sometime

Great we had a blast and the room was great and the location was right in the heart of daytona beach loved it. our only downside was the pool it kept closing down because people had there little baby’s with diapers on well you can guess why it was closed down so much to clean but the maintenance people and staff were on their game though.

We paid over 3,000 for a luxury condo but do not feel that is what we had for the following reasons:Due to lack of instructions, we could not get the dishwasher and TV to work. The main dresser we could not line up one of the drawers so it would close properly and the nightstand was wobbly we didn't dare touch it. Little water flow in the bathroom sink. Most of the wash clothes and towels had stains and my washcloth had 3 holes in it. They look worn out and need to be replaced. Towel bar in bathroom was not secured to the wall. No fan light in the bedroom. The front curtains did not close easily.

This guest rented a condo for one week over the Daytona 500 Race, Keep in mind you pay VRBO fees, taxes, departure cleaning fee so the rate was not $3000. This guest stay 4 nights without contacting me with any issues. On the 5th day of their stay in the afternoon she phoned me and said they have departed and were on their way home. One day before the 500 RACE! She told me some small issues and said that was the reason they departed? I asked why she didn't call me ASAP and any issues would of taken less then 1/2 hour to fix any of the issues. I think there was another reason for their early departure. A reason at home! Because she didn't contact me again until 4 days later. I was very upset when she told me the issues and went to the unit the following morning. The dishwasher did work. The towel bard needed a screw tightened The hook on the drapes needed to be put back in the hole. Less then 15 minutes and the unit was fine. If a guest has issues they do not stay and sleep there 4 nights and complain on the 5th day. There was nothing wrong with this condo that a phone call and 15 minutes or less of maintenance would of taken care of. You don't pay as the guest said $3000 to come to watch the Daytona 500 race and leave the day before unless you have an emergency at home or maybe she or her husband became ill?

Just about everything at this property was perfect. The mattresses were only fair and the sheets not the greatest, which may not be the fault of the host. Neither of those things bothered us too much. We slept great. The location and the view, the pools and amenities have to be some of the best in the area.

We had a wonderful stay in this perfectly depicted condo! The pictures were exactly what the property was. Amazing view of the ocean. Close to shopping, food, and beach! The condo has a Starbucks and a deli which made it convenient. Host were great and responsive when we had questions!

Honeymoon

This trip was for our honeymoon! It was super convenient to all shopping, food, board walk, and beach! Super clean! We barely drove while there for the whole week! Perfect view of the fireworks that Daytona holds every Saturday until the end of September!

The best!

This vacation was, by far, the best one yet! The condo is right in the heart of Daytona. We could simply walk everywhere, to anything! Also, being right next to the Bandshell, we could hear some great music all week long. The pools, lazy river and jacuzzies were amazing after a long day on the beach. This resort is just the best, and the condo was absolutely perfect.
