Magnifiquement meublée avec beaucoup de place et il est à seulement 2 minutes du centre commercial Pacific Fair, à 3 minutes du Casino et à 3 minutes de la plage.

Donc, magnifiquement conçu, vous aurez envie de prendre beaucoup de la maison des caractéristiques avec vous aimez les robes de plain-pied dans incroyables ou le «cellier Butler" séparée si vous choisissez d'apporter une aide extérieure pour se divertir. Il ya beaucoup d'autres plus récentes installations design. Castaways est le parfait exemple du style de vie riches et célÚbres de Gold Coast.
 
5 chambres Ă  coucher, chambre enfants avec une station de jeu Sony, table de billard, livres, jouets, kayak, de pĂȘche et plus pour garder les jeunes enfants occupĂ©s. Grande TV plasma dans le salon ainsi que les tĂ©lĂ©viseurs distincts dans chaque chambre ainsi que d'un second tĂ©lĂ©viseur Ă  Ă©cran plasma pour les enfants.

Des zones séparées suffisamment pour les grandes familles ou des groupes d'étaler et profiter de la conversation tandis que d'autres regardent la télévision ou se divertissent avec la station de jeu ou se défient sur la table de billard.

Des portes en verre Ă©normes permettent de circuler Ă  l'intĂ©rieur de l'extĂ©rieur sur le fantastique espace extĂ©rieur divertissant, le tout sous le toit principal et donnant sur l'un des plus beaux (et trĂšs romantique) palmier de la cĂŽte bordĂ©e de larges vues sur l'eau. We stayed at this property around ten years ago and had a very positive experience, which is exactly why we chose to rebook. Unfortunately, I feel it’s important to share some honest and immediate feedback. Our first impressions upon arrival were extremely disappointing and when raised with the host it seemed like he didn’t care, even when I supplied him photographic evidence, to which I got no response. It appears the property has had little to no maintenance, care, or attention since our last visit. There are severe structural problems with walls shifting and gaps in brickwork appearing: front entry and pool area. The overall condition is well below what we expected and does not reflect the cost of the stay. The state of the property equates to 2 stars at best and that’s provided only because of the pool and water view. Some of the key issues include:‱General cleanliness: cupboards are dirty inside and out, with dust, grime, and residue throughout.‱Kitchen items: BBQ utensils (such as tongs) appear to have been used and placed back into drawers uncleaned.‱BBQ area: very dirty, with broken cupboard doors and a blackened, grimy ceiling.‱Kitchen cabinetry: cupboards are heavily worn and delaminating.‱Maintenance issues: skirting boards are falling off, paint is peeling, and there are chipped and broken tiles in multiple areas. The entire pool area tiles area is cracked and unsafe. Beds are uncomfortable with worn and noisey spring mattresses.

Fantastic place with plenty of room, great location

Fantastic all round from communication with the owner, earlier check in, lovely quiet area, close to the shopping centre, plenty of things to keep the kids busy at the house and they even caught fish on the little jetty, we all had a great time

Few things to consider

The location was great, a few things that need attention, no spare toilet paper, the red chair was broken, the lounge was old and broken, the TV in the main bedroom did not work, the drawer in the en suite bathroom cupboard was broken and hard to open, mattresses in some of the rooms were very average.

Family perfect!

We boooked this as we had family with ages ranging from 10 years old to 72 years old. Also family from the uk and NZ. This was such a perfect spot. With lots of room, pool table, pool, fishing rods, crab basket, loungers and wharf with Kayaks. Also a shady area for the book worm's and those who want to be part of the group but not in the sun. Some nice shops and cafes within walking distance. 25 min walk to Pacific Fair. Amazing air conditioning and amenities. Make sure you go to mermaid waters hotel for a cheap and friendly feed with live band and kids room! We had a fabulous time and made lots of memories. Thanks Wayne for your piece of paradise and Rob for managing the property.

Family get together at Castaways

A really good family holiday home. Many bedrooms with a large open plan kitchen and lounge. The pool table was a favourite and also the kayaks. We had a fun time going shopping and site seeing on our boat. Excellent pontoon in front of the house.

Castaways - golf trip week away

Property was run down, furniture, bedding was uncomfortable and needed a very good clean. The couch head rest on the corner unit looked like it was broken and the springs on the single red seat were protruding when you sat on it. Floors were dirty and needed to have shoes on otherwise feet were Black. BBQ had rat droppings on the tray, Burners were rusted and took a very long time for the plate to heat up. Pool Cues only 1 was just okay and the other tips were stuck together with Tape. Vent in main area hanging from roof, Smoke alarm in the main area not operative, Hot Plates very dirty and unclean. Although the location was okay and the outlook on the river, I wouldn't recommend this place unless it went through some major renovations and the cleanliness was improved.

Great family holiday pad

This house was perfect for our large family. Plenty of space for everyone. A little tired in places, the house could do with a bit of a refresh but overall it was fantastic for our needs. The beds in the master and queen room were comfy but our adult children did say the other bedrooms mattresses were a bit thin. We had a great stay and communication with the host was good.

Great Stay

Very Happy

Great place for a couple of families. One Dad is a fisherman so the pontoon was great for the boat. Both adults and kids had a great stay. Also close to shops, beach, cafe and bottle shop. We’d love to return.

Great house and location with some let downs

The house and the property was in a great location and the amenities were fantastic. However, it was let down with poor cleanliness, dated and uncomfortable linen and bedding, and lack of basic essentials (salt, sugar, toilet paper etc)

Nice house in good location

The property is well located. Clean and well presented with great ammenities. The main bathroom is a jack and jill off 2 of the bedrooms, a little awkward if staying with friends as access only through the bedrooms. Good a/c, foxtel on tvs, pool, pool table, pontoon. Some rods and kayaks provided for use and 2 car secure garage.

Family vacation

The house was quite nice, but is showing some need of repair in places. The house was very spacious, the only thing we didn’t like is that there was no main bathroom, only an ensuite and a bathroom between two of the bedrooms, so the other guest had to go through other bedrooms to use a bathroom. The pool and pontoon were both exellant. Overall a nice big place to stay in and very central to everything

Great place for big family

We stayed at the property for 10 days and had an absolute ball! Pool was great and plenty of room to spread out! Wayne was a great host with quick replies and assistance!!

Great place, location & owner

The place is a little older than it looks in pictures, that being said it was perfect for us. We were 9 people, kids & adults. There were enough rooms, beds and places for us to relax and unwind after busy days. We had a few issues which Wayne addressed immediately and communicated clearly we really appreciated that. Overall we had a great stay.
