Enjoy views of Pagosa Peak from the covered patio overlooking Pinon lake.This newly redecorated and remodeled townhome with central a,c and heat is located in the Pagosa Lakes area,3 miles west of downtown.Within walking distance are the grocery store,restaurants,coffee shops,golf course,tennis courts,and recreation center.A short scenic drive will bring you to the Wolf Creek Ski area(25 minutes)and also several hiking and fishing destinations.Also close by is the famous Pagosa hot springs and tube/raft the beautiful San Juan River (10 minutes).
The 3 bedroom townhouse comfortably sleeps 8 in 1 King, 1 Queen,2 twins and a queen size sleeper sofa .Both bathrooms have double sinks with granite vanities as well as brand new tub/showers. New linens have been provided throughout. The master bedroom and bathroom are located on the lower level along with the kitchen and dining room. Also on the lower level is the living room which boasts a gas fireplace and a new 42 inch LCD television with cable television service.Free WI-FI are provided. The two additional bedrooms and second bath are located on the upper level.
The full kitchen includes all new Whirlpool appliances and is fully equipped with all new dishes,cookware,and utensils. Coffee pot, keurig, and large crock pot. Plus there is a grill on the patio .A full size washer and dryer are located in the utility room also on the lower floor.

About Patrick and Jackie Turman
We went to Pagosa Springs ,Colorado in mid July on vacation. My family fell in the love with this area. Hiking in the San Juan National forest,tubing down the San Juan River,sitting in the pagosa hot springs and shopping in downtown Pagosa! So a week after we got home to Texas we made an offer on this beautiful townhome. Hopefully in the next 10 years or so we will retire to this beautiful area.

Very clean & spacious
Very clean & spacious condo with plenty of niceties. Some of the cookware is worn, but that can be expected with a rental. The addition of a BBQ grill and Keurig would be nice, along with an additional TV, especially for big families.
The view of the pond (& ducks) and mountains is fantastic.
I'd definitely stay again and recommend it to others.

We had a great experience! The condo had everything we needed and more. Great location, so close to so many restaurants, shops, and entertainment. We enjoyed our stayy.
Beautiful and well maintained house
We had a wonderful experience staying at this property. The house was clean and well maintained. There is a full compliment of dishes and cookware. The property is located in a great spot for restaurants and quick access to Hwy 160 to Wolf Creek and Durango. Will recommend to anyone and look at staying here again.
