The condo was perfect for our little getaway! Beautiful condo, great location, gorgeous view, excellent communication. We will definitely be back! We’ve been going to PCB for years and this has by far been our favorite stay.

Was very happy with the unit itself, however with no fault of the owner the condo portion of property could stand some upgrades pool chairs and deck and pool itself, The oner was very helpful and available when you call, Very happy will definitely return and hope to stay in this same unit again.

Simply amazing

Sandy was exceptional and was helpful throughout the entire vacation process. The home was clean, well stocked and had the most amazing views. I truly cannot think of anything that could have been better. Looking forward to another trip in the future to Panama City Beach.

Well appointed, clean 1 BR/2 Bath condo. The owner, Sandy, was great to work with. She communicated with us through the entire process so everything was clear and she even answered a few questions once we were there. Would definitely stay here again.

Awesome property

Condo and property was super clean. Very short walk from the elevator to the beach, which we love! The condo was decorated so cute! Perfect for children!! We will be back!

First time in Panama, and won't be the last!

We were so well pleased with how smooth everything went. We got early check-in, and our room was very very clean. The chair service people were awesome there, always checking up on you to satisfy your needs. One thing I don't reccomend is the Walmart Supercenter down the road. I had placed a pickup order a week prior to our stay, and we got a text saying it was cancelled as we were just getting into Panama City. I would never reccomend them as their customer service was AWFUL.

Amazing!!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Sandy was amazing to work with and very responsive. She went above and beyond to ensure that we had a great experience at her condo. The condo is beautiful and you can tell that they have put a great deal of love into decorating and making sure that it is well stocked. The complimentary beach chairs were wonderful! This condo is at the end of the Edgewater property in the Windward building and it really is like having a private beach away from the crowds that you get at the larger Towers. Gorgeous view from the balcony! We will definitely be back!

We have owned various condos at Edgewater Beach Resort for close to 20 years. We fell in love with the spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico. When this condo became available on the top floor in the more private area of Edgewater Beach Resort, we decided it was the perfect location for ourselves as well as our guests.

The huge lagoon pool is the most beautiful in Panama City Beach--with a full service restaurant with superb food and an incredible array of cocktails from a full bar right beside it--a 9-hole golf course, Surf Shop, pizza place, Starbucks and more, there is no other resort in PCB that is comparable to Edgewater.
