Enormous open plan kitchen and living area leading out onto a huge verandah looking straight at Avoca Beach. The whole living area opens up to a vista you will not believe.

The bedroom downstairs contains Queen Bed and ensuite with beach views. Also downstairs is the laundry with washing machine and dryer plus separate toilet. Kitchen, dining
and lounge area is also located on this level. Upstairs the main bedroom has a queen bed, ensuite bathroom containing bath, walk in robe and sensational beach views. Just
step out onto the verandah with your morning coffee. Bedroom 3 has 2 x Single Beds, and Bedroom 4 contains 2 x single beds that can be locked together. Please advise at time
of booking if required. All Linen provided. Main bathroom also on this level.
