Kailani View is only a 5-minute walk to Avoca Beach, boutique shopping, restaurants, cafes and monthly markets. Terrigal is only 10 minutes drive and Erina Fair shopping centre is 15 minutes drive. Master bedroom contains a king bed, balcony with ocean views and ensuite. Bedroom 2 contains a queen bed, patio access and built-ins. Bedroom 3 contains two single beds with a single roll out trundle, TV and built-ins. WiFi included. Please note, the side window in living room now has privacy shutters.
