Lawson’s Place sits on 1.3 acres of land at 5414 State Route 14 in Dundee, NY, approximately 10 minutes north of Watkins Glen and 25 minutes south of Geneva. With incredible views of Seneca Lake from its west side, and surrounded by vineyards dotting its western and eastern shores, there will be no mistaking the fact that you will be staying in close proximity to many of the area’s iconic attractions.
This home has just been completely remodeled, and sets up extremely well for groups of up to ten, with five bedrooms and two-and-a-half baths. In addition, there is a large kitchen, a dining area, a game/computer room, and a living room, together affording ample space for your group to enjoy both privacy and group gathering areas. Cable TV, a DVD and video library, and WiFi are complimentary.
Although you are free to bring your own if you prefer, towels, washcloths and bed linens are provided. The kitchen contains the usual appliances, including a micro-wave, a dishwasher and a coffee maker, and some condiments are furnished. Also, a washer and dryer are available should you need to do laundry while here. The home is heated and cooled throughout.
Many of the area’s attractions are easily accessible from Lawson’s Place, whether your interests are focused on world-class wine and other craft food and beverage sampling, state parks and the area’s many waterfalls, museums, auto racing, agri-tourism, biking, swimming, boating and hiking, fine dining, and/or live entertainment. Literally there is something for everyone.
