We only had one small issue which our host took care of immediately. Out the back door and right to the beach was totally amazing. We were blessed to see two of Elon Musk‘s rocket launches, and the Kennedy space Center was amazing. Fairly easy drive for all in the area around the surf shack was very nice.

Did not have any problems with the place it was what they said it was beautiful views,town was a short walk away had beautiful sun rises in the morning and just a little walk down the street was beautiful sun sets at the river all and all I had a great time would do it again.

House was clean, great location. Ocean is literally in the back yard, you just can’t see it from inside or the patio but walk 20 feet across the backyard and there it is. We had a small puppy with us so more yard worked out perfectly.

This was a great area and nice townhome right on the beach. I was disappointed that the fenced in area I saw in pictures was not fenced in. I thought that was misleading. Pics should be updated. Other than that, no complaints.

Townhome is a little weathered but great location — short walk to the beach. It’s in a section of Indialantic with a very long and quiet stretch of beach. Restaurants in main part of town are a short walk away. Neighborhood across the street was nice and safe for a leisurely bicycle ride. Joanie addressed minor concerns quickly.

This was the perfect beach house getaway only steps from the back door to the ocean. Everything inside the home was perfectly clean and nicley decorated to make us feel at home. We will definitely be back to stay again!
