This property was a terrific house for a family get together.

There was plenty of space to spread out, it was immaculately clean and the pool was so warm. A perfect holiday destination.

Excellent accommodation

This property was terrific accommodation for our family get away. Everything was well maintained and terrific value for the rental price. I would totally recommend this property to anyone thinking of staying there.

Wonderful large home close to the beach. Perfect for families with children. Lots of toys, board games and stocked with everything you could possibly need for our stay. Lovely cool aircon, comfy beds and furnishings. Great communication from host.

Fabulous stay for a big group

We had a fantastic stay at the house- well equipped, lots of room for two families and never a dull moment for 6 kids in tow of all ages! We loved being a stones throw away from stunning pearl beach. We’d love to visit again soon!

Perfect home for family getaway

The house has everything you need for an enjoyable getaway with friends and family. Although it rained at times, we loved our stay and the kids were kept entertained. We will be back!

Great house and great location

Three couples who regularly stay at PB had a great experience. The house is excellent, plus a pool for a quick drip. Location is very close to the beach.Hope to stay there again.All communication was quick and efficent with the owner.

Excellent family getaway

We loved having a space where the kids could just play and entertain themselves. The accommodation had everything we needed including an extensive playroom, trampoline and cubby. We also loved the pool and fast walk to the beach. Plenty of room for 4 kids (ages 3-6), and 6 adults. Such a relaxing weekend retreat!

Great weekender

Fantastic weekend away, made very easy by the host, surprise late check out made the last night even better! Incredibly well stocked pantry and kitchen, space for two families and the 5 kids - mostly thanks to the level garden with trampoline and pool. Short walk to the beach and cafe, perfect time away.

A wonderful family weekend

The house was exactly what we expected and perfect for a family get together! It was very spacious & well equipped with everything we needed, and everyone loved the heated pool! Catherine was a fabulous & generous host, who allowed us to have an early check in & late check out, which was much appreciated! We’d happily stay here again.

Perfect for a large group

We had 3 generations of our family staying here plus our dogs and there was plenty of room for everyone, it was really well equipped and a mere 3 minute walk onto the sand. Perfect!!!

A home away from home

The house was perfect for us, with space for everyone and then some. The kitchen was well stocked with all pantry staples and the property felt as comfortable as being in our own home. We were able to relax completely and unwind. The location is excellent, just a minute to the beach. Highly recommend this holiday home.

Fabulous family time

Our entire family, aged 3 to 70, had a wonderful holiday at this spacious, well appointed house. The yard was great for the kids, there was plenty of space for all, and the beach was mere minutes away. Everything you could think of was included and easy to find. A great place to stay!

Enjoyable short stay

Catherine’s house provided our 3 generation family group with everything we could have wanted for our 4 day stay. The location was perfect and the house itself was clean airy and modern, and thoughtfully and tastefully furnished with very comfortable sleeping, seating and dining arrangements and a fully stocked pantry. The pool was an added bonus. We will definitely be returning!

Fabulous house for family holiday.

This is a great house for a family holiday, especially well set up for young children. Our grandchildren (1, 3 & 5) had a fabulous time in the yard, house and beach. Kitchen is very well equiped, rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. Catherine is a great host, very responsive to comms and very generous with check-in and check-out times, which really added to our experience.

Christmas - New Year 2019

We had a great 10 day stay with our extended family. Property was just as listed and perfectly suited for young kids - house all kitted out and kids loved playing in the pool and backyard. Overall highly recommend it!

Love love love this place

I stayed here with my family plus extended family - 5 adults and 5 kids. The photos didn’t quite show how big the backyard was and the pool and cubby house was amazing! The owner had clearly thought about everything that you might need - the kitchen had everything and the play room had a great range of toys to keep all ages busy. A very short walk to the beach. Highly recommend this house.

Amazing for a family holiday

We were having a family long weekend with our sister visiting from the UK. Catherine was so easy to speak with in the lead up to the trip and made check in and organising as easy as possible. The house was perfect for multiple generations, and the kids in particular had a blast with endless toys, books and the trampoline and cubby house. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked and rooms comfortable. The local area is lovely for walks and easy access to Pearl Beach itself. I highly recommend!

Perfect Family Getaway

Never has a property had everything! Except for now! Location, house, host were all 10/10! Perfect for families. You can definitely see that the host are parents as everything in the home had children considered. Everyone had a good time. Catherine (host) went above and beyond to accommodate us
