Lovely stay in Lexington

The accommodation is perfect for two or four. Good location for us, a few blocks from grandchildren and their parents. Easy to get to most of Lexington from Rosemont Gardens. There is a fair amount of hospital traffic but it didn't bother ys

Lexington Convenience

The property was warm and convenient to everything around town . It was super clean, warm, and spacious for us. It had all of the amenities that we needed. The beds were very comfortable.

Great location

The apartment was spotless and has everything you need for a perfect stay. Beds were comfortable with lots of pillows. Very accommodating host who was very kind and helped us get the most out of our stay. The location is very close to excellent restaurants and local attractions. Definitely would stay here on the next trip to Lexington. Thank you for making our stay a great time!

Great stay! Great communication from the property manager!

The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable trip! We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends and family! And the property manager kept in touch and was very nice also!

Very Comfortable

This place was great! It was very clean, and had everything we needed. The king size beds were really comfortable! The location was good, and the host provided drinks and snacks! I would definitely stay there again!

Perfect place for a girls weekend

Enjoyed our long weekend stay for the Kentucky 3 day event. Plenty of space for 3 adults, it is so cute & comfy. There is a great kitchen if cooking & staying in, or plenty of dining options nearby for going out. The snacks, drinks & toiletries were a nice touch & made us feel immediately welcome. Chuck the owner could not have been nicer & made our stay very enjoyable. There was great communication and he made sure to check in on us during our stay. We are looking forward to hopefully book again for next year's K3DE. 10/10 would definitely recommend!

Thanksgiving Visit

It was an older, very charming apartment in a home, very cozy and comfortable. The location was excellent for us. It did not take us more than 10 minutes to get where ever we needed to go. Our host was really nice and very responsive to all our questions. I highly recommend this property.

Best in Lexington

Chuck was an amazing host and really made us feel at home. We had everything we needed and then some! We stayed for a clinical rotation at UKHC and felt safe walking to and from the hospital. The place was clean and the beds were SO comfortable. Next time I’m in Lexington I know exactly where I’ll be staying!

Chuck, was an excellent host as well as a great ambassador for the city of Lexington. The property is in a great location, with walking distance to UK, and hospital. The apartment is older which adds to its charm, and is immaculate, and furnished with everything needed for a short of longer stay. Short drive to several breweries, pubs, and excellent restaurants

Loved the location and this older home!

Very convenient location to get around to the best places in Lexington! Excellent host! Great communication. Thoughtful snacks and beverages in the refrigerator and kitchen which we appreciated when arriving since it was along day of flying from the west coast. Kitchen is well stocked if one had the time to prepare food while vacationing. I may do that next time. If we have the opportunity to come enjoy Lexington again in the future!

Clean, fully equipped with all towels, bedding, kitchen stuff, even supplied snacks and drinks

Very clean, well furnished. Could tell the host really considered the needs of guests as they travel. He even stocked the fridge with a few drinks, some togo snacks, and coffee/ creamer/ sugar. Checked in often enough, but not too much, to make sure we didn't need anything. Very friendly. Close to downtown for a night out. There is quite a bit of street noise at night, but again the host was very thoughtful and has a white noise machine in each bedroom. Overall nice place to stay for our long weekend trip to the area.

In addition to "location, location, location" Chuck could have used....

"charming, charming, charming" as it was that as well. The location could not have been better--access to Lex, UK, or anything in the region was ideal. The place was well appointed, comfortable, and everything we needed. The only issues were minor (as far as I was concerned). After the first night you get used to the ambulances as there are several hospitals in the area. After the first night you realize you cannot make a left turn into the driveway so learn to go around the block. After the first night you realize you are going to have to go downstairs to get anything fr/ your car so you make arrangements to take as much up as possible in one trip. Great amenities as water, soft drinks, &c in the fridge were very much appreciated. Extra large, fat, fluffy, 100% cotton towels and bunches of them were phenomenal. Just a great experience and I will return when in the area.

Highly recommended

The experience matched my expectations based on the reviews. A very comfortable and well equipped apartment. The host answered any questions quickly and was thoughtful in providing a basket of snacks as well as milk, OJ, seltzer water and soft drinks. I definitely recommend it!
