Such a convenient location and very close to Rupp Arena! The rental was the perfect size for our weekend getaway and was cozy and comfortable! The owner was friendly, responsive, and had some great recommendations for our trip!
The house was just what I expected. I especially appreciated the coffee, the warm house on wintry days, and the clear directions for everything we needed.
My dad and I had a wonderful stay here. The condo was very clean, comfortable, and in a great location close to everything we wanted to do. It was the perfect spot for a long weekend together, and we really enjoyed having a cozy place to come back to after exploring the city. Communication was easy and check-in was simple. We would definitely stay again.
My 2 adult sons and I were in town for distillery tours and the UGA-Kentucky football game. Excellent neighborhood and very convenient to downtown. Would definitely recommend this property.
My husband and I came to Lexington with our 11 month old to visit family for Thanksgiving. This place was a gem! Great location and a very responsive host. The place was clean and the rooms are super spacious. It also has a lovely little patio, but it was too cold for us to enjoy this trip. Would definitely stay here again!
Our group loved the location of this house and the easy walk to Rupp Arena. The house could use some dusting and cleaning but all in all everything was great. The host was great at communicating before and during our stay. He also had great recommendations on places to visit. Our group also went to Buffalo Trace which was about a 40 minute drive. Our group will stay here again for our next visit to town.
We stayed here for our daughter's graduation and it was great! Parking was tight for a large vehicle but that was the only issue. The owner was very responsive to any questions or issues.
This is the second time we’ve booked with this owner. Very accommodating and responsive. Perfect location, tucked back, clean and had everything we needed. Highly recommend!
The property is centrally located and the hosts are very responsive and accommodating. They made some great suggestions as to where to eat and what to do. Would definitely stay there again.
Perfect location for those wanting to enjoy UK campus and especially a UK game at Rupp Arena. Easy to check in, good amenities and very responsive owner.
This was a perfect stay for a nearby conference at Central Bank Center. Everything was as advertised in the listing, and the hosts were very responsive. The apartment was spacious and very comfortable to lounge around after a long day at the conference. Would definitely stay again!
This is the second time we have stayed here. It's a great location, easy walk to downtown and close to many distilleries on the bourbon trail. The host replies promptly. Property is clean and quiet. Only complaint is the bed in the front bedroom is noisy when you move on it!
The property was as pictured on the website. The location was great for access to downtown and within walking distance. It's in a quiet neighborhood. The host was helpful with suggestions for local food and attractions. The only con was that the bed in the front bedroom is very loud.
