Great DTLA apartment
Owner Paul was helpful and flexible for our meetup and tour of his place. His building and unit are lovely; and very quiet, secure, in a great location.

I purchase this loft and customized it to my high standard. Decided to rent it out on a short term basis of 30 days or more since I'm not in LA as often as I used to be. It has everything you need, super clean, much better than a hotel suite, and at a much better value.
Why they chose this property
Centrally located and very quiet. Unlike other places in LA that can be noisy, especially near the street, this is an interior unit that insulates the property from most street noise.
What makes this property unique
Very well appointed with art and everything you need for a very comfortable stay.
also I'm a clean freak, so I can assure you the place is very clean. Very secure and centrally located to all of downtown with easy access to everything Los Angeles has to offer.
