Freshwater Views is a beach house that has expansive views over Freshwater to Manly and North Head. Open living throughout and flushed with sunlight with louvered windows to take advantage of the sea breeze.

A magical holiday awaits you in this tri-level family sanctuary in the heart of Freshwater. This beautifully presented home showcases finishes of glass, ceasar stone, stainless steel, marble, timber and superb outdoor spaces and with pizza oven. It occupies a premier spot within Freshwater and is a short stroll to the village shops and surf beaches.

This oasis is designed for carefree living, the house boasts 3 separate living areas allowing all our guests to opt to enjoy their own space. The kitchen is located on the upper level and comes with quality fully integrated appliances. A large island bench, dining area for ten or alfresco dining on the terrace with BBQ, taking in the spectacular views of the Manly Cathedral, Freshwater village and ocean glimpses.

Harbord Diggers ( and Freshwater village are both just a 5min short stroll away). The Vilage offers an abundance of restaurants; boutique shops; wine bars and grocery store.

What to do during your stay at Freshwater Views: Stroll the beach on sunrise; take the Curl Curl to Dee Why headland walk, Surf the local beaches, Enjoy a BBQ on the balcony taking in the views, catch the Manly Ferry across the harbor or visit Cosmopolitan Manly with its iconic beach, bars, boutique stores and restaurants.

What sort of Accommodation will I find at FRESHWATER VIEWS?

Freshwater views comfortably sleeps 10 and the owners offer some flexibility to change accomodation/bedding arrangements to suit their guests.

The large main bedroom has a king sized bed with walk-in robe, and ensuite with double shower and vanities.

The main bathroom hosts a sunken bath for you to relax in and unwind after a fun filled day.

The second and third bedrooms are equiped with builtins and King size beds or two king singles. The fourth and fifth bedrooms also have built ins and double beds. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. All Linen is supplied.
A portable cot and highchair can also be provided on request.

What are the Lifestyle Features of FRESHWATER VIEWS

The Freshwater area has a great lay-back atmosphere and has all the amenities you'll need for your stay. Freshwater views is positioned between two beaches, allowing you to relax with friends or family.

Freshwater Beach is one of Sydney's safest and most protected beaches. Curl Curl Beach is also only a 5 minute walk away and both beaches are patrolled 10 months of the year.

Harbord Diggers Club features many restaurants and Bars. Freshwater Villiage is lined with Cafes, bars and small restaurants and fresh local produce. There is a mid-size supermarket in the shopping village along with a butcher, bread shop and chemist. The iconic Harbord Beach Hotel and two hatted Pilu restaraunt are all only a 5-10 minute walk from Freshwater Views!

The local attractions and night life of Manly are an easy 5 minute drive away, or 20 minute walk over the Queenscliff headland. From Manly the ferry will take across the beautiful Sydney harbour to the CBD in approx. 20-30 minutes.

" Freshwater Views" Is a great easy living house with plenty of space for 10 adults ( we were 5 couples). Bedrooms are on the ground level and dining upstairs . There is plenty of lounging space for a large group to find their own space .Outdoor shower , beach towels body board & surfboard there for use ( helpful).Curl Curl beach is a 12 min walk down a steep hill. Freshwater beach is walkable in 12-15 mins ... there is fantastic boardwalk form Curl Curl to Freshwater . Great coffee 10 mins walk @ Carlos Coffee 69 Albert St. Pilu restaurant on the beach at Freshwater is wonderful food and service ( best to book ) also Harbord Diggers and Harbord Hotel for food. Warringah Mall for groceries ( 11 min drive ) . The upstairs verandah is great for eating ( umbrella or shade awning would be an improvement).

Definitely a 9.5 rating. Very clean except the oven and perhaps some new stove top cooking pots as the ones there had been burnt. I had taken several curries and accompaniments for the first day as the interstate visitors were arriving at 3 different times. The small necessities in the cupboard, eg condiments, olive oil, vegemite, peanut butter and honey. Queen size beds would have been good as our children and our older grandchildren all more than six foot two inches. Good thing the 6' 8" was not there! So much to do close by, pity the weather not good enough for the beach.

We enjoyed the property to accommodate and then prepare for my daughter's wedding. Good location for access to Manly and Freshwater and large capacity for lots of people. Dishwasher needs an update but that is very minor in the overall rating of the property. We enjoyed our stay and Karen was very responsive and helpful. We will be back !!

Beautiful property

We had a group of 10 stay at this house for 8 nights and it was perfect! Plenty of room and all the amenities u could wish for! Nespresso coffee machine, boogie boards are just some of the fab extras that karen gave to us to us to use during our stay! The house is beautiful and karen was always at the end of the phone if we needed anything! Just a short walk to the gorgeous freshwater beach and all the local shops and a short taxi to manly where u can easily jump the ferry to the city. couldn't reccomend this house any more. Perfect for large family's or groups of friends. Hopefully some day we will all be able to return for another perfect holiday stay!! :-)

OMG Cant get better than this

We had an amazing break; don't be deterred by the fact that there is no pool as it is litterally 1 min to get in the water at the Rock pool or two other beaches. The house is extremely spacious and well equipped with everything you need. We will be back

Fantastic house, location, perfect for all ages

We come over from the UK for my daughters wedding and stayed at Freshwater Views for a month. Nine of us stayed with ages ranging from late 20's to 70's. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay, we walked everywhere and found the location fantastic, easy walk to beach, pub and village. Our flight arrived at 6am and we headed straight to the house, Karen and Aaron had outlayed a beautiful breakfast spread of Muesli, Yoghurts, Fruits and coffee. The house was very spacious and we all had enough area to our own time if needed. We enjoyed the BBQs on the balcony and the fantastic sunsets. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Australia. Thoroughly Recommend.

The spacious house accommodates 10 very comfortably, has the option to make that 12 and comfortable as well.There are 2 extra living areas and a games are in the garage, meaning the house swallows a crowd with out noticing.Proximity to the beach is awesome and the breezes keep the house cool. It is generously proportioned as well, none of the rooms are small.The main living area is huge with the kitchen living dining and huge deck area all in one. This is a great hub for a big family gathering.We would definitely stay here again.I considered it great value for money, far better than a hotel, and a delight to be in.
