Ce chalet confortable trĂšs apprĂ©ciĂ© s'adresse Ă  beaucoup car il peut accueillir 11 personnes dans la maison, il comprend Ă©galement un logement indĂ©pendant pouvant accueillir 5 personnes et une salle de jeux pour les jeunes de cƓur.

Il a l'air conditionné / chauffage, un coonara pour ceux qui aiment un vin et un livre, et est entiÚrement équipé avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour passer des vacances reposantes. Venez déballer et vous détendre.

La chambre principale a une suite lit queen qui surplombe l'estran. Le 2Úme a un lit double, tandis que les 3Úme et 4Úme chambres ont une combinaison de lits superposés simples et doubles.

La maison de chalet s'adresse à une salle de bain attenante à la chambre principale et une salle de bain / WC à la zone familiale générale tandis que l'unité autonome a sa propre salle de bain / WC.

Entre la maison et l'unité autonome, le chalet peut facilement accueillir 2 familles ou simplement une grande famille.

A great family gathering house

This was our second stay at The Bluff Cottage, and once again it was fantastic. I would highly recommend this family friendly house ...so close to beach and shops. So many rooms to choose to sleep in.

Lynette was a great host and the property perfect for us. The view ti the ocean was gorgeous and even with winter weather keeping us inside the fireplace was delightful. Best beach stay

This is our 4th time staying at Bluff Cottage and we can’t fault it. The location is perfect, right across from the beach and less than a minute walk to the shopping strip. It is a great clean house, plenty of beds. Big back yard and front yard with a gate. (Perfect so the little ones can play but not ran away)It’s becoming our yearly tradition to go and we have so many great memories here. We even had an early check in without requesting this. Thanks for letting us stay again Lynette! We will be back again!

Great family holiday house

Bluff cottage was perfect for our weekend in St Leonards for a family wedding. Plenty of room for our extended family. Kids loved the big backyard and games room. Here's a more fun and lively version of your review: We just wrapped up our second girls' weekend at Bluff, and let’s just say, it won’t be our last! This place nails the location—steps from the beach and a quick stroll to the shops. But the real magic is in the house itself—beautifully set up, super cozy, and perfect for our getaway. Bluff Cottage

As soon as I walked into Bluff Cottage, I could tell that our family of 9 would enjoy their weekend. Spacious living areas, ample,comfortable beds.The house has a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.The large front deck looking out to the sea and pier was a highlight, as well as the accessibility of the beach. The hostess is lovely to communicate with. Our weekend there exceeded expectations!

Couldn't pick a better location - across the road from the beach/pier, around the corner from the shopping strip and the pub within easy walking distance. We felt 'at home' with plenty of living space and room for the extended family. The games room was a winner. A great weekend was had by all.

Family Holiday

We had a lovely time at “Bluff Cottage”. There was Plenty of room for the kids to play in the huge back yard. It was close to the beach and playground, shops around the corner, what more could you ask for. All the adults loved it too. The pool table and table tennis table were great fun. The cottage was comfortable, with cosy beds and couches and lots of space for everyone. We loved it 😀

Amazing getaway

We had the most beautiful couple of nights away. The house is in the perfect location, beach right across. Great comfy furniture on the deck, with fairy lights at night which added a beautiful extra touch. Everyone mentioned they had great sleeps and comfy beds. Big yard for the kids to run around in. Very easy communication with Lynette too. Great memories made and we are already talking about coming back again next summer! Thank you very much.

Great location and accommodates many people.

The property is beautifully situated directly opposite the beach and close to the local shops, pub, playground and pier. My only complaint is that the standard of cleanliness of the property was a disappointment, given the cost of rental. The floors were not clean, with dust balls and hair coating our child’s toys, when she was playing on it. Also the games room was covered in dust. I was surprised that the ping pong table had not been wiped down and was thick with dust. Dust mite allergies had us all sneezing. Overall though, we did have a wonderful time away and would definitely recommend Bluff Cottage.

Excellent Accommodation & Location

A group of 9 elderly ladies enjoyed a relaxing few days at Bluff Cottage. The beds were extremely comfortable with very warm doonas & rugs. All the living areas were great for a large group, to enjoy a social getaway together. The Coonara with the supplied wood, kept us all cosy on a cold & wet weekend. However, we did strike some disappointments. There was no warning that the oven in the house didn't work. A “Not Working” sign on the oven door would have been good, before we went to the supermarket. We had purchased frozen party pies & sausage rolls to heat up, to eat while watching all of the Coronation broadcast. We then tried the oven in the unit but discovered it was way too dirty, with inches of fat all over the bottom of the oven. Microwaved sausage rolls are not wonderful, but we had to eat. We also discovered a pair of used jocks in one of the bedside tables. One more towel each would have also been greatly appreciated. After reading all the expectations of leaving the house & unit clean & tidy, we wiped all surfaces down & were quite shocked to find mice droppings & spider webs behind the toaster, on the kitchen bench in the unit. The accommodation hadn’t had a proper clean before we arrived.
