This house is great for a large group stay, very clean and the beds are super comfy, the shopping centre 4 doors down the street is very convenient. The host was extremely helpful with every thing we needed 10/10

A fantastic host with a great property!

My partner and I stayed at the Kingston Downs property with our friends and their children and we were very satisfied! Maureen's communication was fantastic, it was a lovely home in a perfect location and had absolutely everything you need for your stay (and more) - I told Maureen it was the most well equipped accommodation I had ever stayed in! Highly recommend.

Thanks for a lovely stay, we enjoyed our time at the house which catered really well for our large family. Maureen was helpful and assisted with our booking promptly. Good uncover parking and plenty of street parking also.It's a short walk- under 5 mins to the supermarket, chemist and shops which was helpful in terms of ease of access.Thank you for a lovely getaway :)

Great stay

We were a group of 17...house was big enough to accommodate us all easily. Great coffee machine and coffee beans, ample cutlery and crockery. Pantry was well stocked - salt, sugar, tea, some sauces etc. Good sized pots and pans for cooking. Would recommend this property for large groups.

Weekend getaway

Cannot fault this property and property manager- communication was quick and clear throughout booking process and instructions were quick to understand when arriving at the property. Not only was the property the perfect size for our group but there were so many added extras provided that made the stay really comfortable and enjoyable The location made it possible to minimise use of cars too as we were super close to shops and public transport Would definitely recommend this property

We enjoyed our stay overall, especially the layout of the house, which was fantastic for a larger group and gave everyone plenty of space to relax and spend time together. It’s a great setup for families travelling together.There were a few things to be aware of — the check-in communication could have been a bit smoother, and there are quite a number of house rules to follow. The optional bed-making service was available, though the extra cost felt a little high considering the nightly rate. The location may not be ideal for those wanting to be right near the beach, but it could still suit travellers who don’t mind a short drive.

Beautiful place to Stay

Couldn’t have picked a better place to stay, for our 5 combined families. Each family had their own space, which was important. Everyone had a great time and commented on how great a place it was. Would definitely go back.

Fabulous

The house was spotless. Extremely well stocked with everything you need. A little out of town,but a small shopping plaza 100 metres up the road. Would highly recommend it for a very comfortable getaway.

50th Anniversary

My husband & I celebrated our 50th anniversary with our Children and grandchildren and the house at Kingston Downs was a beautiful house for us all to get together and accomodated us very well.It is the 2nd time we have used this house for our family gathering
