We stayed here for a little getaway for our 35th Anniversary. This cottage is such a gem. We spent a lot of time on the deck watching the planes and looking at the lake. It's was a peaceful and restful getaway. We will be back!

My wife and I celebrated our anniversary with a 3 night stay in the beautiful Lake Place Cottage. The cottage was beautifully renovated, tastefully decorated, and exceptionally clean with a well equipped kitchen. The well furnished deck over looking the lake was a real high point for us for our morning coffee and late afternoon relaxing. The view of the lake and mountains was exceptional. The snacks on the counter and cold bottled water in the frig, upon our arrival, was a nice extra touch. The owners were responsive to our questions and communicated well. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent 5-Star stay at this cottage! Cottage is well kept and like new on the inside with Great Natural Views on the outside. It is waterfront with swimming, fishing, etc however there are stairs to get to the water - good exercise!! Host is very accommodating, helpful and made the stay simple. Central location to all things Hot Springs!!

Everything about this rental was fantastic. Jim Bob was quick to respond to inquiries, the check in and check out process was easy, and the cottage itself was spectacular. The views were magnificent and the location was perfect for us. The cottage itself was very comfortable and welcoming. We plan to return to Hot Springs in a couple of years and when we do, this will be the first place we will look to rent.
