Emerald Bliss with Spectacular Water Views

Come and enjoy the beautiful Pensacola Beach at our fabulous 3 bedroom/2 bath condo in Emerald Isle, unit 301. Perfect for families or an adult get away.

Our third floor unit is decorated and appointed with tranquil blues to highlight the amazing ocean views of the Gulf of Mexico. This spacious fully appointed condo has an open floor plan that showcases the beach and water through its many floor to ceiling windows.

The living area has plenty of space to relax and enjoy the ocean views or have a family movie night. Two turquoise sofas and a 55" flat screen smart TV with cable, additional seating, and a door leading out to the balcony make this the ideal space to gather and watch the sunrise and sunset.

The master bedroom has a king pillow top mattress, flat screen smart TV, and an attached private bath with a full garden tub. It also has a floor to ceiling window and sliding glass door leading out to the balcony with spectacular ocean views. The second bedroom includes two queen beds, both with pillow top mattresses, and large closet. The third bedroom contains a full bed with a twin pull out trundle and a flat screen TV.

The kitchen has quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and is fully stocked for all your cooking needs. The dining room has a full size table and ample seating. The laundry room includes a full sized washer and dryer, as well as space for your beach toys and gear. The unit includes free wifi.

As an added bonus, our management company changes out all bedspreads (along with sheets and towels, of course) for each reservation. This ensures clean, sanitary linens for each stay. Not many rentals offer freshly laundered coverlets on each bed, thus we are thrilled to highlight this feature.

Emerald Isle is directly on the beach, sitting on approximately five acres. There are two swimming pools (one heated), a hot tub, an exercise room, and a direct walkway to the sand/beach on the main floor. It has 17 floors and is centrally located within easy walking distance to shopping, restaurants, the pier, the boardwalk, and fun outdoor activities. There are two elevators, plenty of luggage carts, as well as a secure gate and door for guests only.

Note: Summer rentals are a minimum of 7 nights and are usually Saturday to Saturday check-in and check-out. If you are looking for additional days or an exception, please send me a note and I will get back with you.

Blue Angels - Sunny Spacious End Unit

This was our first visit in a 3 bedroom because we usually stay in a 2 bedroom-- but love the Emerald Isle location. This was the perfect spot to see the airshow, have our family, and walk to restaurants & shops. Although our adult sons could only stay part of the week because of their work, we really enjoyed the condo. We couldn't find the blender - that would be my only negative but maybe it was stashed somewhere out of my line of sight. Might have been a good thing! Other than that, this was one of the nicest condos we've ever leased at Emerald Isle and we hope to return soon. Sunny spacious end unit.

Amazing Views from this unit!

This was our first family trip to Pensacola Beach and we had a blast! This unit has the BEST views! Couldn’t ask for better beach access and close to shops and all the fun restaurants. The unit was well equipped and nicely decorated. The owner has a cute tradition where you leave a signed shell in a jar, it’s these personal touches that makes this unit special. We would definitely rent this property again!

Angie, your condo is ideal and perfect for a family looking for fun on the beach in a convenient ideal location. You really thought of every detail and the blue turquoise color decor is so soothing. We were in awe every time we walked into the condo and saw the picture perfect beach view. The decor compliments the ocean and anything you can imagine needing is there. We cooked several meals and were pleased to have many cutting boards, glasses, pots and pans, etc. I highly recommend your condo for a fabulous comfortable stay with an unbeatable view.

Great but Rough night sleep

The property is great. Very clean and a great location. My only negative was that I was expecting plush pillow top mattresses as advertised but when we got there the master bed was so hard and uncomfortable I had to go buy something else to sleep on. And to do that you have to make a little bit of a drive off the island. I’ve slept in a lot of hotels, condos, etc and this bed was by far the absolute worst.

Wonderful place!

This was our second time staying at the Emerald Isle, but our first time in this specific condo. The condo was decorated beautifully with a gorgeous view. My husband and I brought our daughter and her 2 friends to celebrate graduating from high school. There was more than enough room for everyone. My husband had to do some work and one morning we got up to no WiFi. I called the front desk and within 15 minutes someone showed up. We definitely would recommend this condo. We can’t wait to come and stay again. The only negative thing I will share (and this has nothing to do with the actual condo) is the elevators. We had to wait about 20 minutes to get an elevator to take all our belongings out to the car. With everyone checking out at the same time it made it a little difficult. I would suggest packing your car the night before you leave.

This property was an excellent fit for my family, all of whom are adults. It has spectacular views, a very well-stocked kitchen, and all the amenities you could possibly ask for. It is very spacious—the only Pensacola Beach stay so far in which we didn’t feel a bit crowded. The property owner was quick to reply to any questions that we had. We truly didn’t want to leave!
