Wow - super impressed with this luxury condo! Ever so clean, 3 minute walk to Pack Square Park, coffee bar next door, quiet, and a parking space with the unit. Will definitely be back! Highly recommend

Excellent guest house

Fantastic 2 bedroom with high ceilings, great kitchen, in-house laundry, and outdoor fire pit. Recommended for families and groups of friends. Close to local hotel bar and restaurant for nice cocktails. Easy Lyft to other parts of the city for dinner. Keyless entry was a plus. Really enjoyed our stay.

We would 100% stay here again!

Ideal downtown location for exploring galleries, restaurants etc. Spacious,well-appointed two bedroom with pullout couch in living room. Perfect for girls trip for three. Detailed instructions made entry/exit and parking easy.

Absolutely Lovely condo within walking distance to everything we had planned to do/see. We were pleasantly surprised at the spaciousness of this condo! (I would love that Master bedroom closet at my house! ) Comfortable amenities & all as described! Property management company was easy to communicate with & quick to respond to our questions. We only had one issue with the key app not working on one of our phones for the front entrance (it worked all other times before & after) It certainly could’ve been user error. We were a bit concerned of getting locked out accidentally, particularly late at night when coming back to the condo and also because there is no person physically at the building’s front desk or such. I have no doubt that had this happened, the management company would’ve resolved the issue and been able to provide us quick access to the building again, but nevertheless it was a little worrisome just because technology is not always reliable. However, on the flip side of that, the convenience of not having to use keys or cards and having to keep track of them was a nice feature overall.Also, we left something behind. An airbud. Of all the tiniest things to leave behind lol. The linens had already been gathered up by the time we realized it was missing, so we figured for sure we would have to be buying a replacement. Amazingly, it was somehow found among all those linens and is being mailed back to us. We’re very grateful!

Perfect 2 Bedroom

The condo is in a fantastic location. It is in walking distance to many restaurants and downtown Asheville. I messaged the property manager upon our arrival with a minor question, they sent out staff to resolve the issue within an hour. The unit is spacious and would be great for families as well as friends.

Perfect Location

The building is in the perfect location to walk everywhere. Plenty of wonderful restaurants, small businesses and breweries to explore - along with the history of the area. The condo has everything that you need for a relaxing stay and was very clean and cozy. As a bonus the Biltmore Mansion is less than 15 minutes away! We will certainly be returning.

Excellent location. Clean, comfortable and safe!

Two adult couples stayed for a long weekend. You can’t beat the location of this property to downtown Asheville’s numerous restaurants, shops and bars. The property is secure and yet easily accessible with an iPhone app. Having the space to spread out in a comfortable condo with full kitchen and such comfortable beds was a great after a day of hiking. We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend to friends.

Superb Lodging

This condo was one of the best places I've ever stayed in: spacious, light, comfortable, beautiful, quiet, and very safe. The kitchen is very well equipped, and there are extra towels in the master bathroom. The condo is within walking distance of many restaurants, cafes and shops. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Asheville.

The perfect Asheville location!

Our group of four (two couples) loved this condo! The location was perfect, the condo was beautiful and it was a real treat to have a spot to park our car. (Trust me, we had searched.) We loved that we could walk to restaurants, music venues, the art museum and shopping. And it was a short, convenient drive to the Biltmore Estate and the River Arts District (be sure to check this out!).

Great Downtown Asheville building!

This was a beautiful property that was perfectly suited for two couples traveling together. Beds and furniture very comfortable. The only suggestions we would make is to have more supplies in the kitchen (dish towels, plastic containers, food wrap) and a full length mirror.

Wonderful!

This unit was clean and comfortable for our family! What a great place to stay while celebrating a 50th birthday in Asheville. Minutes from shops, restaurants, and the Tourists ballpark. There was no noise to be heard from neighboring units and any communication with the host was answered very quickly!

Great for an Asheville Weekend

Great location where everything downtown is within walking distance. We walked everywhere for shopping, drinks, dinners, etc. The property is nice and the apartment was perfect for 2 couples. Would be great for a longer stay as well as it has all the necessities for cooking, a washer/dryer, etc. The key app to get into the parking and building can be quirky, but the property manager was quick to assist and remedy an issue with one of the phones.

Nice place!

This was perfect for us, two adult couples who wanted a place within walking distance of restaurants and breweries in Asheville for the weekend. The condo matched the description and photos. It was nice to have a reserved parking spot if we needed to drive anywhere. We didn’t use the kitchen except to make coffee so I can’t speak to the convenience of cooking there but it sure looked nice.

Excellent Safe & Quiet Location

LOVED the space. Was perfect for me and my two adult daughters. Close enough to walk to places but was just far enough away to feel like we were not in the middle of the city. Easy to park and easy to access building. Great instructions. Was super clean and safe. Just needed a full length mirror.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 2nd stay at this property. It is 1/2 block away from restaurants and bars. The property was clean and comfortable and in a perfect location. It is also fantastic that it comes with a parking space. I will certainly stay there again.

Great location!

This apartment is within easy walking distance of great galleries, restaurants, and shops. It is spacious, the beds are comfortable, and the water is hot. The kitchen needs a sieve, some pot holders/hot pads, a larger frying pan, and more mixing bowls. The process for establishing entry ability is onerous. The property manager is very responsive.
