Take in life's pleasures and let your mind drift away while you immerse yourself in the views from the luxurious stone bath, or from one of the three fantastic balconies.

Quality spaces allow you to entertain and share some laughs as you gather with your friends or family around the impressive redgum dining table, elevated outdoor BBQ area or comfy lounge area complete with a warm & cosy gas log fire. You'll find a fully equipped kitchen, beautiful furnishings and quality appliances throughout to help create a special time away.

You'll love the versatility that this home offers. When 'me time' calls, you can escape to the peaceful upstairs retreat and hibernate in the secluded space that allows you to completely disconnect. You could also tuck yourself away on the side balcony with a good book or enjoy this perfect spot to take in the sights and sounds of the birdlife flying by with the gorgeous copper and stone water feature to further relax you.

There are three spacious bedrooms, all with uber-comfortable king beds equipped with quality down and feather mattress toppers to give you that 'sleeping on a cloud' feeling. If needed, two of the king beds can be split into four singles. The luxurious stone bath features in the ensuite with the 'WOW' factor continuing with a double headed rain shower in the main bathroom.

Double glazing, central heating, gas log fire, air conditioning and bedroom ceiling fans will attend to your personal comfort whatever the weather.

All of this is within an easy stroll to wonderful local restaurants & cafes, pampering day spas, a vibrant music scene and the iconic Hepburn Mineral Springs Reserve and Bathhouse. If you are feeling a bit more energetic, invigorating walking trails are nearby with all that Daylesford has to offer a mere 3 minutes' drive away.

Yes the Accommodation was excellent and the welcome hamper was a lovely surprise that we all enjoyed, the house was nice and clean and tidy with plenty of space inside the house and the backyard. Alot of room to sit around and chat or even go off to have some quite time alone. Relaxing big bath with a nice water feature to look at.

Perfect for a girls weekend

This house was perfect for our group of 5 ladies. The lounge and kitchen are modern and comfortable with a beautiful gas log fire as well as ducted heating. The beds are comfortable and the showers amazing. Would definitely come back.

Excellent base for visiting Central Goldfields area

Hibernate is in a very quiet location within easy walking distance of cafes and restaurants and just a short drive away from Daylesford. The accommodation is very comfortable and comprehensively equipped to a high standard. We found it to be an ideal base for visiting the many charming towns that lie within a short drive and for enjoying the attractions of the surrounding countryside.

What a well equipped, clean and tidy property. Everything we needed for a wonderful relaxing weekend away. The heating works a treat during the winter so you wont be cold, lots of thoughtfull anenities. Short walk to good food options, althought the kitchen has all you need to cook up a feast.

Luxury Hideaway

This is a beautiful house fitted out with the very best of everything. Lots of room for up to 6 people, super clean and very comfortable. Lovely garden and back yard, overlooked by a big deck with gas bbq. Without doubt this is by far the most luxurious and perfectly maintained property I have ever stayed in. It is 5 minutes drive to the main town of Daylesford and there are excellent cafes, restaurants , pub and small general store all within a couple of hundred metres. The owner, Kerry, is very helpful and easy to deal with, and provides a delicious welcome pack of local delicacies. I am confident you could not find a nicer place to stay - very highly recommended!

Very well equipped house

Hibernate is in a quiet location and is both very comfortable and spacious. The heating and cooling systems work well and the WiFi is excellent. We were very happy to return after an enforced gap of 3 years and hope to visit again in the future.

Would love to stay again

Beautiful property, full of light, spacious, tastefully decorated and well looked after. Well equipped kitchen, nice bathrooms, comfortable bedrooms, lovely balconies overlooking a large backyard. The house is located right behind the main road, a few restaurants are only 2 to 3 minutes walk, all other local attractions are also within a few minutes drive, which is a great bonus
