Prime Seven Mile Beach 3 Bedroom Condo

Our Cayman home away from home is right on world-famous Seven Mile Beach. On the third floor, it overlooks the pool, spa and large grass lawn.

Unfortunately, a storm in 2022 eroded the beach in the area of Crescent Point. This happens from time to time in Cayman. While we have a nice beach with umbrellas and beach chairs, it is not possible to walk along the beach North to the main part of Seven Mile Beach. It is best to take the sidewalk along West Bay Road under the big tunnel about 1/2 mile to the first public beach access path to Seven Mile Beach. From there you can walk North along beautiful Seven Mile Beach. Fortunately, the reef in front of Crescent Point has protected the sand of our beach. Also, about 100 yards to the left (South) along the beach is a lagoon for children to play and for wave-free swimming. A breakwater surrounds the lagoon, so there rarely are waves.

The location is within a 20 minute walk or 5 minute drive to Caymana Bay with its restaurants and good shopping. A short cab ride will take you to any of Cayman's many fine restaurants. For those of you who have a knack for adventure, you can rent a sailboat, jet ski, or kayak from Red Sail Sports at the nearby Marriott Beach Resort, which is only a three-minute walk along the West Bay Road sidewalk. The Marriott Beach Resort has a fantastic ocean-front restaurant as well as crepes and gelato in the lobby. You can also book activities at Red Sail Sports at the Marriott. The unforgettable Stingray City, is only a short boat ride away. After your first visit to this condo and the Cayman Islands, you will want to keep coming back!

Your family and friends will have great memories of their extended visit to Seven Mile Beach on Grand Cayman Island.

My sisters and I were blessed that our parents, Marlan and Rosemary Bourns, shown in the photo, were original owners at Crescent Point, beginning the day it opened. We have enjoyed visiting Cayman with our children from the time they were very young. Now they are taking their own children to Cayman to enjoy amazing Seven Mile Beach. The beach in front of Crescent Point is sheltered by a reef, which is great for snorkeling. The waves are typically small, making it perfect for young and old children alike.

Crescent Point encompasses a large property, which includes a pool, spa, outdoor barbecue area and gym.

Crescent Point Resort is only 100 yards from the Marriott Beach Resort, which has several great restaurants, a dive company office where you can book diving, snorkeling and sailing trips. We highly recommend their Wave Rider Safari, because it is a perfect combination of riding on Wave Riders and swimming.

Crescent Point Resort is a 15 minute walk to Cayman Bay, which features many boutique shops, fine dining experiences, outstanding gelato and fountains the children love to run through. There is also a movie theater in Caymana Bay, but who would want to spend time watching a movie, when you can walk along world-famous Seven Mile Beach?

Crescent Point Resort is centrally located on Grand Cayman's Seven Mile Beach. The long-time Manager, Pauline Davis, and her team, keep the property in immaculate condition. My sisters and I recently did a significant renovation of our home away from home. And for transportation or suggestions on places to visit, our local house manager, Verna Thomas, will take good care of you, from checking you in to taking you back to the airport when you have to go back home.

We are certain you will enjoy our Cayman home for an extended stay of two weeks or more.

On the third floor, Crescent Point Unit 21 is a prime unit at Crescent Point Resort, with high vaulted ceilings, corner unit views, easy access to the stairway or elevator and magnificent views of Seven Mile Beach on the West side and the swimming pool and gardens on the North side. For Cayman Sunsets, nothing can be better than sitting on the screened balcony patio sipping something cool before a delicious dinner at one of Cayman's many fine dining establishments.
