This condo was perfect! Right on the beach, clean and decorated so nice! The daily view was amazing and such an easy walk to the pool or the beach everyday! We loved staying here!! Great get away for sure!

We had a great time at 108! The unit was beautiful, we had all the kitchen supplies we needed. They even had additional beach chairs and supplies.We would definitely consider staying here again.

Great location! Fantastic view with easy beach access. Condo has almost every amenity from a sound machine to a tea kettle! Beautifully decorated and welcoming.

When choosing a unit in Celedon I was drawn back to this unit every time. I was a little apprehensive about first floor but after spending time there I have absolutely no regrets. The unit was clean and the decor was beautiful. Bunk room was exactly what we needed with the full size bed. We did not have to use elevators unless we wanted to….we used stairs or front ramp to get to beach and parking garage. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you needed. Lots of different games and books toread for all ages. Full size washer and dryer so washing towels was quick….no extra time waiting to get them dry. Daily chair and umbrella rentals was another great advantage of this unit……..another item we did not have to worry about taking down to beach. This building is the last high rise building at the end of PCB so crowd was not huge. Also had a Alvins and ice cream shop across the street. Will definitely keep this unit in mind when booking my next PCB vacation.

Great property to stay at! 1st floor room was perfect for our group. Resort was not crowded. It was nice having access to two pools and hot tub areas. Great location!

Great location, beautiful condo, very nicely furnished and decorated. Well stocked for all needs. The included beach chairs were a great bonus. The only minor negative was some very old and too worn kitchen cookware. We would recommend this unit and would love to stay here again.

I have used VRBO for many vacation stays. This condo is one of the nicest we have ever stayed in. Everything was as described in the listing. Comfortable beds with nice linens. Well appointed kitchen and very nice bathrooms. Being down on the west end insured a quiet beach. Nice beach chair service. 2 additional beach chairs were in the condo. Only one thing could have been better. There were no beach towels. I didn’t bring any so had to buy them. I would definitely come back to this condo. Already looking at dates in September or October.

The perfect location

This condo is perfect first floor location for unloading and parking across the street. Beautiful home with plenty of room and a wonderful kitchen with lots of utensils etc.

Our stay was nice. Would have helped to have a restaurant close by to pick up lunch. Had a couple of problems with parking. Other than that we enjoyed being there.

This condo has been updated and is very popular for its beautiful decor and for being on the first floor. Arrival information is sent out to all guest before their arrival dates. Within this email there is an attachment with “Things to Do In PCB”. This information includes restaurants. Thomas Donut's is in walking distance. Mike's Diner and Salty Sue's are also close. Arrival information includes details on how to obtain a parking pass. Please know that much effort is made in making sure all guests have an enjoyable time. Very much enjoyed the 1st floor location without needing to use stairs or elevator. The swimming pool still being heated in early March was a delightful surprise.
