¡Esta unidad es un espacio de estudio privado esperando su llegada! Es un espacio de estudio. 4. 3 millas al centro de Charleston, a 2 minutos de Avondale, a 15 minutos del Coliseo de North Charleston, a 15 minutos del aeropuerto, a 15 minutos del monte. Agradable, a 25 minutos de Summerville. (Accesible a la ADA, háganos saber, antes de su estadía, si necesitará el espacio adaptable para una silla de ruedas). Tiene una entrada privada con fácil acceso al teclado de la puerta. Nice little place, nice bathroom was easy for us to use, bed was a little soft and the pillows, but we are older so that was a bit rough. Big back yard for the dogs. Nice area.

Nice Studio VRBO

We enjoyed our 3 nights at this VRBO. It is an excellent little studio VRBO that works for 2 people. This place has everything!!! Pop, wine, towels for the beach etc…. You will not go wrong booking this Studio

Super comfortable

This place was very comfortable and the hosts were very generous. They thought if everything and my son loved the complimentary snacks. The window shades, white noise and toiletries were a very nice touch. We would love to come and stay again!

Great location !

It was a great property. Centrally located. Easy drive to Downtown Charleston, Mount Pleasant, or Folly Beach! Many restaurants very close to the property. The host was super with communication.

Amazing stay!!

Staying at Julia and Joan’s property was an absolute blessing for us!! We have the best time and can tell that they truly put everything into making guests’ stays perfect. The amenities, refreshments, and guidebooks showed how they go above and beyond to make it personal. We would absolutely stay again and recommend anyone else to do the same!!

Great Studio near Downtown

This property was wonderful! The hosts were super easy to communicate with. The studio was stocked with all the extras. Very cozy for two people. The location was easy to get to all the sites we wanted to see easily. Will definitely book again if we come back to Charleston. Thank you for a great weekend getaway!

Loved staying here. Getting an Uber to our wedding venue and downtown Charleston was very easy. I really appreciated the free snacks and beer! Place was very clean.

Awesome Charleston Studio

After traveling all day, it was great checking into our Airbnb to find a complimentary bottle of wine awaiting our arrival. The studio was very clean and just the right size. Perfectly located and only a 15 drive to pretty much everything. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Amazing Stay!

Julia and Joan made the stay in Charleston an incredible experience! I celebrated my birthday in town with my partner, and they left such kind notes and thoughtful gestures to help it feel comfortable. There was a book of recommendations for the area and they were responsive via messaging. I’d love to stay here again next time we visit. I highly recommend it!

STAY AWAY…..BEING SCAMMED by property owner

-Being charged $800 for damaging a rug that was never there. -While pet friendly..VRBO website didn’t inform owner of my dog. - Being charged $250 for air quality due to pet when I have an 11 pound Maltipoo that doesn’t smell or shed. From their security camera ..They can see I carried in a crate and took out dog numerous times. - Implied I created floor stains that could not be repaired which were there when I arrived.. I have photos to support my position

Wonderful experience

This was our first time stayed in a place like this and it was wonderful. It was clean, well organized, even had a good variety of snacks and beverages. They thought of everything.

Great Stay

Great location! It was walking distance from food, brewery, and pharmacy. Perfect spot to visit Charleston and surrounding areas. It also contained off street, private parking. We greatly appreciated the extra amenities and personal touches. Perfect spot for the two of us and our dog. Highly recommend!

Perfect studio!

My boyfriend and I were in town for a wedding, and absolutely loved staying here! The studio was the perfect size and perfectly clean. We were so appreciative of the complimentary treats they had in the studio too - beverages, wine, snacks, coffee, and even doggie bowls, a bed, and a cookie for our little dog who joined us for our visit. Would absolutely book here again! Their is also a great bbq place 2 blocks away!

A perfect getaway

From before we ever walked in the door our experience was top notch! The owners were very communicative about the property and it’s location to ensure there were no surprises upon arrival. The check in process was easy and things just got better after we arrived! We were staying for the end of our honeymoon and received a bottle of champagne and congratulations card from Julia and Joan. The studio was very clean and stocked with many extras to make our stay great. From drinks and snacks to robes and beach towels and sunscreen, they truly thought of it all! The drive to both downtown Charleston and the beach were easy from here. There were also lots of convenient restaurants and shopping should we not have wanted to drive into downtown. They checked in on us prior to leaving to make sure we were clear on the check out process and that everything had gone well with our stay. We will definitely be back again!

Our studio is ran by myself and my mom. We've been in Charleston for over 35 years. Charleston is a part of our souls and we hope that by sharing a little of our experiences, you'll love it as much as we do. We have a salon and real estate company situated on the property so we are at work (sometimes), while you are at play. The salon is a booth rental business and all of the ladies work by appointment only. The real estate company is open from 10:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. We are available by phone or text for any questions that you may have during your stay. We are here to help you love and enjoy our city as much as we do. The studio is private, we do not live on site, but live close by the unit should you need anything.

This property is in the Prime location of the Lowcountry. 4.3 miles to downtown Charleston, 2 minutes to Avondale, 15 minutes to the North Charleston Coliseum, 15 minutes to the airport, 20 minutes to Mt. Pleasant, 27 minutes to Folly Beach and 25 minutes to Summerville. (We are ADA accessible, please let us know, ahead of your stay, if you will need the space adaptable for a wheelchair)
Your location will give you options to so many restaurants that you'll have a hard time choosing. Lowcountry Cuisine, Asian Fusion, Barbeque, Mexican, Italian, Indian. Come on and join us, the Lowcountry is waiting!

There is a $105.00 cleaning fee charged. If you have furry family members there is a $85.00 non refundable pet fee for the 1st pet and an additional non refundable $50.00 fee for the 2nd pet. (Per stay-not per night) ONLY 2 pets are allowed during the entire stay. Our pet restriction is that dogs MUST weigh 50 lbs and below. This is a STRICT requirement. We reserve the right to decline any breed that is listed on the prohibited dog list. Please ONLY pets that are house trained.
