Cute apartment with very convenient location on James Island only 4 miles to Downtown Charleston and 6 miles from Folly Beach. Nice features such as high ceilings, crown molding, Rinnai gas hot water heater and hardwood floors. The galley kitchen has granite countertops and new stainless appliances. Also included is a stacked front-loader washer & dryer.

Kit was a great host. Our stay coincided with the coldest temperatures in recent memory and also some snowfall. All issues were quickly addressed as soon as Kit was made aware of them. We were even offerred access to other properties.

Great rental in the perfect spot between the beach and downtown. Quiet, comfortable, and clean. It came stocked with essentials and I really didn’t need to bring anything.

The apartment is small perfect for two people. Has everything that u need in the kitchen/bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and no noise at all. We will definitely come back and rent same apartment

Everything was as stated in the listing! Appreciated the well stocked kitchen and the provided detergent, toiletries, cleaning products, etc. Location was convenient to everything we needed and communication with owner was great.

We really enjoyed our stay. The cottage was very clean, easy to find and everything the website said it was. The owner was very friendly and helpful. She kept us informed about anything we needed to know and answered our questions promptly. We would definitely stay here again.

Clean, cool, and relaxing. Location is fantastic. We are in walking distance to a grocery store and a BBQ joint that was amazing! The host was easy to communicate with and thoughtful. Thanks for a lovely place to stay.

2nd Stay

Love the size and location of this property. It’s quiet and clean. Close to a great gym and convenient to downtown for fabulous Charleston night life. Go have some drinks for Happy Hour at The Belmont and catch a show at Forte Jazz Lounge on King Street. The owner/manager is great with communication and care of the property. Glad to get to stay there again!
