Picked this place based on everyone else’s reviews and was not disappointed! Had a great stay with everything we could have needed and a super helpful host. Convenient to the Middlebury Snowbowl where my kids were skiing. We also were there when it was very very cold and we were quite cozy and warm at night. Would definitely stay again!

The cabin was immaculately clean and had everything that we needed for our stay. Location was perfect with the lake across the street. Gary and Missy were awesome hosts and very receptive to any questions we had. Would 100% look to return sometime in the future.

We booked two nights but the weather stopped us from arriving on the first night booked. I didn’t know I had to check pet to apply fee when booking but texted owner about the dog and said we would settle in person. Because the weather caused us to miss our first night , owner kindly waived our pet fee. Thanks Doc

Doc’s Lake House is on a beautiful and quiet lake. My family and I regret not staying longer! It is well-stocked with anything you might need (coffee, spices, breakfast items, etc.), which was lovely! Two separate fire pits and water crafts were available for entertainment. The host met us when we arrived and showed us around. He’s very nice and fun to talk with! It was such a wonderful stay!

Fabulous place to stay, so relaxing and right across the street from a perfect lake. The hosts were incredible and the place was near perfect, having just about everything you would need. I would definitely recommend and we plan on returning next year.

We were very pleased with this rental! It was very clean, everything worked great (kitchen, TV, shower) and the property owner was very accommodating and friendly. We didn’t get to enjoy the lake due to the time of year but I plan on going back. I highly recommend!
