We where highly disappointed when we arrived , the floors were not clean the entire apartment took us almost two hours to clean the sliding glass door didn't lock . the washer dryer combo unit wouldn't dry any thing after two hours . The TV in the bedroom didn't work so we had to use the futon in the kitchen to sleep on , when we took it out of the couch position the wall was completely banged up and un painted .the actual property it self was in total disrepair and very unkept . Needless to say we will never use this property again nor will we recommend it . Highly Dissatisfied !!!

Great stay

We had a great stay at the location and the room. The room was accommodating to our stay and the location on the beach was what we wanted. The owners were very accommodating and communicated the check in requirements. Overall we are planning for another trip and hoping we can have a repeat stay!

Great Accomodations

We had planned a trip to Corpus and our accomodations fell through at the last minute! Pamela and Wood let us book at the last minute and we were so pleased with the place! Pamela and Wood were excellent hosts! We hope to book with them again!

Teeny But Clean.

Our stay at Villa de Sol was just what I expected. Not the Taj Mahal, and not penthouse. Just what we needed...Loved it's location to the beach and local shopping and restaurants. Be ready for VERY much construction in the area. Owners were very kind and concerned that we had everything we needed. and we did. Very small.

Great for Spring Break

This was a great spot for my family with two little ones. We came down for Spring Break There is a heated pool about a one minute walk from the condo, and the beach is about 75 yards away. The patio table and chairs face the beach and Corpus Christi bay and makes for nice evenings. This condo has a washer/dryer in the unit which was very convenient, so as not having to compete for laundry machines on the property. The kitchen is large, lot's of pantries, a kitchen nook and sleepable sofa. There is also a separate work/office space for some of us that like to check-in on work. Closet space throughout, well equipped bedroom and the bathroom seems newly tiled with a spacious shower. So it makes plenty of space for 4 people to run around in, for a few days. Recommended for family units like mine, or minus kids, either way.

perfect for us

we stayed abt 3,5 month in the very nice apartment-it become our home for the duration of my busines trip. We loved the close distance to the beach and felt petty well there. Pamela and Guy are a very nice couple - they take care abt. the apartment and gave good tips.
