It’s ok

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location is amazing .The condo has a lot of beach stuff but needs a deep cleaning especially kitchen. Kitchen was very dirty, pot and pans were rusted but we asked for new ones and they provided with pots and pans with was a plus. On the last day we saw a big cockroach running from under a fridge it was very scary 😨. Washer leaves black marks on the clothes. We have a lot of our clothes ruined.

Th location is perfect!!!! Just steps from the balcony to the ocean. The condo was spacious and clean. The comminty is quiet and peaceful.

Terrific location overall ok unit

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, awesome views, clean property outside, good parking & a convenient semi private elevator. There were lots of towels and other linens. The kitchen appliances were clean and worked just fine, the beds were comfortable & AC worked great. There are 3 TV's but 2 are so small that they are unwatchable. The 2 sets of sliding doors to the beach side are very clunky and a challange to easily open/shut/lock. The balcony is not private, allowing constant visual, vocal & second hand smoking contact with the ajoining unit. This condo has a nice layout but is in need of TLC and a deep cleaning as well as updated living room furniture & removal of faded dusty fake plants. All rental instuctions were clear and easy to follow. The Seaside Property Shoppe was very good to work with.

Our kids loved the pool! The condo itself could use a bit of TLC.

Huge Disappointment

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pros: 1. The views were great.2. The unit was walkable or a short trolley to local restaurants.3. We had plenty of towels as requested.4. The master bed was comfortable. 5. Taylor when contacted with deficiencies (listed below) acted quickly however these deficiencies should not have been there in the first place.Cons:1. extremely dirty. All the floors including ones replaced were filthy. The glassware was grimy. The pots were dirty. The dishcloth and potholders left for us to use were filthy. One of our pillows had dried blood on it. The mattress pad was stained, which I believe was mentioned in another review. I wrote the alphabet under one of the couches in the back room in the dust. The crevices in the slider doors were filled with sand and dirt. Dirty baseboards in most rooms. There was mould in the ceiling of the master bathroom. Guest bathroom tub needs replacing as it's old and stained. Kitchen cupboards paint was worn off. Overall the place needs a complete deep cleaning and the kitchen cupboards need replacing. Some of these issues were reported within the 24 hour required period and were taken care of, however most we found over our month long stay and just cleaned it, lived with it or bought missing stuff ourselves.2. Not stocked well. There were a lot of missing utensils, cookware, etc. The plateware needs replacing as there are missing pieces and some were chipped. If more than 2 people were staying there the dishwasher would have to be run almost every meal.3. No emergency information or supplies at all. While there we had tornado warnings and there was no information regarding an evacuation plan, no flashlight. I did contact Taylor who was responsive and helpful.4. The only screen was in the master bedroom. We couldn't open any of the others because screens were missing.We wouldn't stay here again nor would we recommend the property until it's thoroug

Lovely

It was clean and convience for walking and driving to stores. It was super windy the first three days but after it was lovely. They do have a pool for kids but you have to drive 20 to a playground which was nice too. Very thin walls I will say.

My Favorite Beach Place!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Have been renting condos at West Coast Vista for over 15 years and this unit is our favorite. Perfect location, great access to beach, pool, and parking is SO convenient! Add to that the owner continues to upgrade the condo to keep things up to date. Since our last visit the bedding was all updated, a new microwave was installed, and the door to the stairwell was replaced. Add to the owner's attention to detail, the awesome, super responsive rental agency, the Seaside Property Shoppe, and this condo is a dream come true.

CVS right down the street & a Publix & a Walmart market a short drive. The location of West Coast Vista is great. Two great decks, one facing the intracoastal for beautiful sunrises & one overlooking the Gulf for sunsets...the best of both worlds.

I think my favorite place is beginning to show.

I think my favorite place in IRB is starting to show signs of age. Building is starting to look a little dated. It’s still a fantastic place, but since I have stayed multiple times over the years. I did notice some things. But don’t get me wrong it’s a fantastic place and value.

The unit needs more care as there was a few issues I notified the management about. The unit was clean when we arrived. The unit also looks like it had an attempt at a renovation, but was poorly done.

Another Trip to Paradise!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 5th stay in this unit (once before Seaside Real Estate Store managed it.) We LOVE it! Seaside Real Estate Store is great to work through. They really care about making sure renters are comfortable. Taylor is always SO responsive if there are any questions or concerns. West Coast Vista is just our favorite condo building. We first stayed at WCV in 2006 and have returned as often as we have been able. The building is older, but well cared for overall. We love the amenities that it has which are rarely seen in a smaller complex. The "to your door" elevator was great years ago when I stayed with young kids, and now is a winner for my 86 year old mom. We are are already looking forward to coming back in the fall.

When we return we hope to see the deck door repaired and the kitchen a bit cleaner.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo has for some time been a favorite for trips my mom and I make to IRB to visit my sister. With both Gulfside and intercoastal balconies the opportunities to sit out and enjoy the view are numerous. To be in such a small, quiet complex and still have a pool and an elevator are also awesome additions. The condo is so convenient, always clean, and Sharon and Taylor at Seaside Property Shoppe are SO attentive to any needs that might arise. We hope to return regularly!
