Beautiful, clean home, great location.

I really liked staying in this house. It was clean, modern, well equipped and a great location. Check in and check out couldn’t be any easier. They were extremely responsive to my questions, the only thing was I had to take down a star because while I paid for the pool/spa to be heated, it wasn’t. The water was cold. I would still come back and stay at this property regardless. Absolutely recommend.

Fantastic Home!

The house is exactly as shown in the online photos and was very clean upon arrival. We thoroughly enjoyed being able to use the pool and hot tub after our long days at the Disney parks, which were super easy to get to from this location. We would definitely stay here again!

Lovely Presentation

The property is well maintained and presented. We had an extended stay and found any minor problems quickly addressed by the management company. The location is good for theme parks, general convenience stores, and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it for groups of 6 - 8.

Amazing - Felt like a movie star!

This place totally was a gem. Not only is the house spacious, comfortable and beautiful it met every need we had. It even came with a membership to the resort water park across the street that we weren't aware of. So much fun. I definitely would rent from them again in a heartbeat. My only complaint was not getting our access code before arriving.

Great location and perfect for larger groups

Our stay at this property was great and was set up to accommodate a large family. The property was clean and ready perfectly on time for our arrival. The property is well-equipped in the kitchen. The cooking items were adequately stocked for a party of 10. There were two dishwashers which was a nice touch for the property to handle the dishes for a large group. We had our groceries delivered to us without any issue so look at that option if available to you. The bedrooms were nicely decorated and stocked with adequate pillows and bedding. This property was great since every bedroom had its own bathroom. There is only one bathtub on the 2nd floor which is good to know for littles or for people who prefer tubs over showers. The two themed bedrooms were great for the kids and were excellent touches for both the boys and the girl. The game room, both upstairs and in the garage, were great additions for the kids. The pool is smaller than we were expecting but was still great for what we needed. The hot tub spa was inside the pool and was a perfect setup. The only items of note were that there were a few spots on some towels, blankets and chairs which we notified management of at the very beginning. We did order a 4-burner grill which was an extra fee. Instead of a 4 burner, we had a 3 burner grill delivered which was smaller than what we needed to grill the food purchased. We notified management of this hiccup but were kind of trapped in the scenario as we needed a grill to cook but didn’t get what we were expecting. This was a great location with may chain options nearby for restaurants. Traffic can be a little terrible so plan accordingly if you are heading to any theme parks or dinner areas outside of the immediate area. The water park was perfect for the kids and adults. The pool at the water park is heated which was a perk since some days were not as hot as others. This was a great property and fit our family of 10 (7 adults, 3 children) for a great holiday week. We would definitely consider staying here again if we look to visit Orlando again.

Wonderful property

The house was wonderful and large with plenty of room for our family. The pool was great and waterpark across the street was very fun. Very close to stores and Disney but the road to access anything is extremely busy between 4-7. After the first day we planned around it but be prepared if you are traveling during this time.
