The couch is worn and needs to be updated. The television needs to be replaced, the picture and sound is not up to today’s standards with no smart tv capability.

This place checked all the boxes for 2 of us. It is located in a very convenient location, with The City Market across the street, and multiple restaurants below the condos. The condo is very well stocked with kitchen utensils, appliances, and linens. We also enjoyed the beautiful sunset each night. As per other reviews, the sofa is not so comfortable, but we made it work. Otherwise, we highly recommend this vacation rental.

The property was clean and comfortable. The fitness room is adjacent to the room we stayed in and was used from 7:00 a.m. to 9 p.m. I suggest management only allow use from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. because dropping 150 lbs. of barbells can be very loud. We stayed August 2-7 and daytime temperatures reached 85 degrees. AC wasn't available in this unit but we opened windows and we were comfortable until about 3:00 a.m. when outside temperatures reached 60 degrees at which time we closed the windows.

Perfect location for a ski trip to Beaver Creek

The property was as described on VRBO and photos. The check in process was very organized and very easy. There is a comprehensive apartment guide that is emailed to you which covers every thing you need to know.Great communications the days leading up to and day of stay to ensure a smooth check in.The apartment itself was a great size and spacious for the 2 of us, clean and instructions for everything. You also get a parking permit if needed.Everything you need has been well thought about from the kitchen to bathroom. Being a coffee lover I particularly liked the fact there were some starter packs of coffee, filters and creamer already there!Well equipped kitchen and a great modern style bathroom. The location is absolutely perfect. You are above several restaurants. The city market is right across the street. The skier shuttle bus stop is right outside the parking lot of chapel place so we didn't even need a car. Its about 20 mins to Beaver creek resort.There are lots of shops and restaurants a short walk away aswell and recommendations provided in the guide that is emailed to you. After a long day of skiing this was perfect as meant that finding somewhere to eat was effortless.Highly recommend this apartment as it comfortable, spacious and great location. The company that runs this (iTrip)is fantastic, great comms and always available if you have any questions.I look forward to returning here on my next ski trip.

Great location

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely Avon property. Size was great for my husband and myself. Kitchen area, living area, bedroom and bathroom were sized well to accommodate us both. Nice washer and dryer unit (top and bottom Asko unit). Although we did not cook in the kitchen, it was amply supplied with whatever you would need. We absolutely loved the underground garage
although know the parking spot was a bit tight. Elevator to property from garage was close to parking spot and once you get off elevator, the unit was right by it. Keys were left on the counter as well as a parking sheet. We weren’t clear about what the keys were for
but you can take the stairs down to the front of the building and the keys let you back in. Now the only bad thing I have to mention is the cleanliness of the couch. I honestly didn’t want to sit on it. Someone has stained it terribly and to be honest it needs to be replaced. The shower didn’t have anywhere to put soap or supplies needed in shower although that is an easy fix to just put them on the floor. Also the toilet paper holder was loose and the paper kept falling off. Overall I like our stay. We were not far from Beacer Creek and the parking lots to ride the shuttle. Stay was comfortable and quiet. Would stay here again for sure.

Great Stay

This was our first stay in Avon and Chapel Square 203 was wonderful. The location was great, cleanliness of the condo and building were immaculate. It was close to multiple restaurants, the grocery store and the beautiful Eagle River trail. The underground parking was so convenient. We look forward to our next stay.

Birds of Prey Week

The property was clean, well appointed, and everything I was looking for. Communication was excellent and made arrival/departure and the overall stay seamless. Location in downtown Avon was walking distance to stores and restaurants. The garaged parking was huge plus. Lower parking lots of BC were a very quick drive and Vail is just down the road.

Great location

I love the transit system in Avon. I was attending a conference at the Beaver Creek resort and the Blue Line was right across the street every half hour, free and on time. The host service was fantastic, any questions I had were answered quickly and courteously. I don’t believe I have stayed at a vacation rental where all the instructions have been so clearly laid out. The couch at the property could use a deep clean but the place was generally clean and well stocked, and very quiet. Groceries were right across the street, as well as numerous restaurants and coffee shops - great location and Avon is lovely!

Great place to stay

Chapel Square is a great location in Avon. It's across the street from the grocery store, walking distance to several restaurants, on right on the bus shuttle route that goes around Avon and up to Beaver Creek. The unit is very suitable for two people.

Great Condo for Staying in Beaver Creek

Our recent stay in Avon was awesome. Beaver Creek and the slopes completely lived up to the expectations. The Condo was an unknown going in due to the simple nature of staying in a short term rental over a hotel. But, we couldn't have been happier with our accommodations. The condo was neat, clean and served our needs perfectly. The view off of the balcony is surprisingly wonderful given you are in the middle of Avon and only on the second story. The space was well climate controlled. The South façade actually bakes pretty well in the afternoon, so the bedroom was nice and toasty coming back fresh from the slopes. The bedroom and bathroom were clean and well appointed. The washer and dryer proved handy halfway through the trip and worked perfectly. The kitchen was perfect with all the common needs provided and a nice welcome basket with basic coffee/tea needs to make sure the beginning of your stay wasn't hampered by a lack of morning coffee. Parking garage was great, never an issue with getting in or out, car was always not cold or covered in snow, which is a major plus in winter time Colorado. Parking was a unexpected breeze and really quite nice to not have to worry about.

Ski Trip

We spent 3 nights at this condo for a ski trip. The condo was very clean and close to the bus stop. Check in and and out was easy and property manager was communicative and easy to reach. We spent 2 days in Vail and 1 day in Beaver Creek - both were easy to get to from the condo. Gondola Pizza nearby was some of the best pizza we've ever had!

COZY SKI WEEKEND IN AVON

This place was wonderful and easy to get to. The underground/heated parking garage was wonderful. Fully stocked with everything you need to cook and clean. Bed was very soft and comfortable. Pretty view. End corner unit. Easy process and property management was very accommodating and communicated promptly. We would stay here or with this property managers again. Cute shops below the condos and Beaver Creek Resort is a short drive up the mountain. Loved this place!
