This 1st Floor apartment was renovated for those excited to wake up to beautiful views, explore during the day, return to cook in full kitchen, have a nice meal, relax at the exquisite hand-carved wood bar, and enjoy the peaceful Zion evenings. The Watchman View Haven is the perfect place for a Family vacation, Friends trip, retreat, or an Adventurers' base-camp!

Spring trip

Enjoyed our stay at this property. Very clean and well appointed. Extremely convenient location for Zion NP and Springdale. Didn’t drive for first two days. Host very responsive to a couple questions we had. Highly recommend..

Great location to Zoin

Great stay that is very close to the park. Within a mile or less of Zion and restaurants. Accommodations were accurate and clean. The host did a great job communicating, responds very quickly. Family and I are very happy with stay.

Amazing location

We loved the location. We rented e-bikes so it was very convenient to walk to Zion Guru to return the bikes and walking to dinner was a plus. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was equipped with everything we could possibly need. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is that the couch was very uncomfortable. We weren't around often but did watch a basketball game one night and we were uncomfortable. That said I would likely stay there again.

Nice place, great location

This apartment has all the necessities, with newer appliances and a minimalist feel. The lighting is excellent, and the heating system worked well. The biggest challenge for me was the shower/bathtub. There's a very high edge, and although I'm fit, it was nearly too high for me (at 5' 1" tall) to step over and have enough clearance. Luckily there's a sturdy support bar that I made good use of. My 6'2" spouse had no trouble, but if we'd been traveling with small children, it might have been more of a problem. The best thing about this property is the location. Just a mile from the park visitor center! The views are lovely, and we even had a mule deer lounging in the back yard one evening.

Perfect Location!

We absolutely loved our stay. Location was central in town and only a few minute car drive to Zion National Park. Everything in town was walkable and we enjoyed walking to dinner and then to dessert at the local ice cream shop. The home was well equipped with all the items and amenities we needed. Beds were comfortable. Overall we give this home 5 stars but we did dock for cleanliness. We arrived quite late on the first night and there was hair throughout the bedding in both bedrooms. We had to change the sheets which wasnt ideal. We informed the host and they responded quickly asking what they could do. At that point we had already resolved the issue. Nothing else was offered. Other than that, the stay was great. We loved the home and our trip to Zion.

Great place!

Stayed here with another couple and did all things Zion! Great location to all activities. Loved having a deer family visit the yard everyday. Everything we needed was there. My only complaint is that the sofa isn’t the most comfortable, but it worked. We weren’t home very much anyways. Great place to stay!

Love the location and house

If you are looking for somewhere to stay when visiting Zion you can’t beat this place. The house easily fit four adults and the location was perfect. The house was stocked with all amenities you will need. I definitely recommend staying here.

Great location!

This is the perfect place to stay when visiting Zion. 1 mile from the front entrance of the park pand there is a Zion shuttle bus stop right across the street!! It’s also a short walk to restaurants and shopping.

Location, location, location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. An amazing location right next to the entrance of Zion and the attractions in Springdale. The apartment was the lower floor of a two story converted home but totally served the purpose. Kitchen was updated and well stocked. Everything worked. Rooms were private and comfortable. Living area layout was a bit funky due to converted nature of the property but didn’t detract from the experience. Would stay here again. Thanks!

Perfect location

Nice size unit in a perfect location for east shuttle and Zion Park access. Walkable to many restaurants and bike/gear rental places. Only issue is one one bathroom. Seems not very friendly if you have more than a couple renters. Beds comfy and kitchen seemed well equipped. Love in laundry access especially when doing dusty trails!

Trip to Zion National Park

What an amazing "basecamp" for exploring ZNP! The location could not be beat - walking distance to everything both ZNP and Springdale has to offer. We previously stayed at a place that was more on the outskirts of Springdale, and we much prefer the Watchman View Haven and its central location. Teresa's condo had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable, and it will be the first place we will look into when we return to Springdale.

Good location access Zion National Park

This VRBO is just a mile from the Zion visitors center and just across the street from the shuttle bus stop. It is a great place for two couples and is arranged well. It is walking distance from restaurants in town. A great place to rest after a day of hiking.

Our Best stay in Zion!

House was definitely a 10/10. We loved our stay here. The home is inviting, beautiful and very well laid out with many areas to relax and have privacy. The kitchen was the most well stocked, well equipped kitchen I ever see for a short term rental. And the location was unbeatable. Within short walking distance to all the best restaurants, market and the entrance of Zion, we found it’s faster and easier to walk to the park and to home then to wait for the bus. Teressa was very accommodating and communicated quickly when we had questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Teresa - the hostess was exceptional in communication, thought of everything a family would need for a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. The proximity to ZNP, cycle rental and restaurants was a huge benefit. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

Great spot!

This property was perfect for our family of four as our home base for exploring the area. The king bed was so comfortable we were trying to figure out the brand so we can get one for our house! The extra big tub was awesome for soaking in after a long day. The kitchen had all we needed (including plastic kid’s dishes) and the laundry set up was super nice to have. Parents traveling with littles that need dark rooms to nap- all the interior doors are frosted glass so bring something extra to cover those. Also I didn’t realize this was one of two (or three?) units. It wasn’t a problem I just wasn’t expecting it. Great stay- thanks again.
