This is a nice little place to stay to be close to the heart of Zion. It has great access to the park and amenities in town. The views of the Watchman are fantastic! It could use a bit of updating and some freshening up, but otherwise was a great stay, with very good value.

Great location! The space worked well for my family; my daughter loved the room with the curtains. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed for meals while we were there. We appreciated having the washer and dryer as well.

Great Location

Great location. Close enough to walk into Zion but also in the heart of Springdale. Could use a little updating to feel more cozy. Beds were comfy. Overall, a decent little place to stay for a home base while exploring Zion.

Decent sized kitchen with all the necessary amenities. Bedrooms were spacious. Outside deck great. There want a common living room/ seating area, but worked fine for us.

This was a perfect location for our family to explore Zion National Park. The beds were very comfortable and it was great to have laundry facilities on site. The shuttle stop for Springdale is right across the street as well!

Nice little place to stay in Springdale

This property is really good if you don't plan to be home lots. There wasn't an indoor space for us to hang out comfortably. Aside from that the property was clean, and VERY convenient to restaurants and the park. Shuttle stop was right down the driveway. Oh and the beds were comfortable!

Excellent stay near Zion

You can’t beat the location of this place - it’s right off the main road in Springdale and across the street from a shuttle stop and a restaurant with delicious burgers (Camp Outpost). Several other restaurants, shops, and the local supermarket (though obviously a bit more expensive) is a short walk away as well. The place was pretty quiet even with guests in the downstairs unit, and there were some fun games to play (bananagrams). Would definitely recommend!

Perfect Location

We stayed in this apartment for 3 nights. The location is excellent for walking around Springdale and getting on the Springdale bus. We enjoyed seeing the deer in the yard and the view! It fit our family of 5 nicely. Thanks for sharing your place with us!

Amazing upstairs condo/home/apartment. Honestly it felt like a home. It’s was me, wife and 3 kids (12,9,6) and we were super comfortable and happy for our stay. Convenient location x100. Zion Visitor center is walking distance for our active family and even closer for shuttle or driving. Shuttle picks up across the street. We parked our car and didn’t drive it again for 3 days except to the market to get supplies. Highly recommend

Perfect Location

This home was perfectly located to Zion and right in the heart of Springdale. Definitely a bit unique in that it doesn’t have a family room but we made due. The bathroom could use a bit of sprucing up but was clean.

This property has tremendous potential, and the location is hard to beat. It's directly across from the shuttle stop, within walking distance of great restaurants, and offers beautiful views. We spent most of our time exploring Zion, so the convenience was a major plus.Unfortunately, the property fell short in several areas. The air conditioning struggled to keep the home comfortable, and the HVAC filters were extremely dirty. Linens and towels were worn and in need of replacement, and overall cleanliness and maintenance did not meet expectations. The bathroom was very small and dated, with a shower more comparable to an RV/camper shower than a standard residential shower. No bathroom photos were included in the listing, so this was an unexpected surprise. There is no TV and no true indoor common area for guests to gather. Ceiling fans would also improve comfort during warmer months. The outdoor areas need attention. Construction materials, ladders, plywood, wiring, and other supplies were scattered around the property, creating both an eyesore and potential trip hazards. The yard was overgrown and did not feel guest-ready.The upstairs patio views are fantastic, but the space would benefit from comfortable outdoor seating. The Wi-Fi information on VRBO was also inaccurate, and we needed host assistance to connect. The location ultimately made up for many of the property's shortcomings, but several improvements could greatly enhance the guest experience.

Strange living space

The location was amazing. Right in town and close to the park. The beds were very comfortable! Downside…very strange layout. No common space or place to gather to play games and a very small bathroom for possibly 6 adults. Biggest shock was NO TV! We all crowded into 1 of the king beds each night (4 adults) and watched sports on our iPad. I looked back at listing and I was frustrated that those details were not mentioned. Overall the location was what we were paying for.

Thank you for the review! I will be sure to update the listing, however nowhere in it is mentioned that a common area or tv are included. Thank you for staying!
