Great place for big families. Plenty of room and the backyard is great for small children and pets as it is fully fenced in. Convenient location, close to stores, restaurants and downtown.

Very nice bungalow near everything

Lovely bungalow, well stocked, excellent communication with helpful hosts and near everything (beaches, shopping, tourist spots). Would happily stay here again!

Overall good!

Location is sweet. A strait shot to St.George street and spacious. Rooms are odd for multiple adults. No lighting in back yard area for smokers. Good value for the price.

Comfortable and affordable

Very nice little place, comfortable, well set up. And very affordable. The neighborhood is ok, somewhat run-down but close to the St. Augustine attractions.

Beautiful Home in Convenient Location

Absolutely gorgeous home nice and close to the historic district! Plenty of space for five adults to spread out and enjoy. Nice open floor plan. We had an amazing time and will definitely stay again!!

Quiet neighborhood close to everything

The property was clean with plenty of room for our family of 6 we really liked the fenced back yard and check in was a breeze. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and was only about a 15 minute drive from everything we wanted to do. Highly satisfied with our stay and would 100% stay again.

Great value close to St Augustine and multiple beaches

We were looking for an affordable place for our family of 8 to have a quick beach trip and this was a great option for our family. Located outside the city, this property is a short drive from all St Augustine area beaches, minutes outside of downtown St Augustine, and offers convenient access to multiple grocery stores.

Wanted To Stay Forever

I couldn't and wouldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Shaiffu and Alex's home was so spacious and clean. The beds were so comfortable. I never wanted to leave. Our main concern was the backyard for our dogs which did not disappoint. We loved everything about this place. The neighborhood was quiet, even with it being only minutes away from downtown. We could walk to a nearby playground for the kids and it was also safe to take our dogs for walks. The beach was only 15 minutes away and over a bridge with a beautiful view. We plan on staying at their wonderful home again. Saint Augustine is our family's go to spot and I'm glad we came across the best home ever provided by the best people. Thank you Shaiffu for keeping constant communication with us and asking how we were doing. Thank you Alex for coming by to introduce yourself and providing us with a new grill that we really enjoyed as well. I cried so much when we got home because I wanted to stay forever.

Pleasant Stay

Our hosts went out of their way to ensure that we had a pleasant visit. They took great care of us. The beds were comfortable, so we slept well. The house was in a convenient location... about 10 minutes from the beach and from historic St. Augustine. We really enjoyed our mini vacation there.

Perfect Stay

We needed a place that was clean and could sleep up to 6 people separately and this was perfect. We had one AC issue and they were so responsive, I think it was only down a couple hours and they were amazing to work with. We will be renting this again next season!!!!

What brings you to vacation in St. Augustine?
For us it is because of our mother’s side of the family. Our grandma was an integral part of Florida School for the Deaf and Blind in St. Augustine. My mother, spurred by her wonderful memories of this area, even after she moved away, would always say “I just want to get my feet wet on the beach”. Loving St. Augustine runs thick in our blood! Our family has come a full circle as we’ve returned to settle in beautiful St Augustine. Now our two little girls are growing to love this community and getting their ‘feet wet on the beach’ often! Every weekend we discover the abundance of historical experience this beautiful city offers and welcome you to do the same. We are so excited to welcome you to our beach home.
We tremendously enjoy traveling and exploring the world as a family. We try and plan at least one big trip off of our bucket list every year with our little girls. I have come to appreciate how much the quality of your vacation experience depends on the quality of the place you chose to stay. We have designed and organized our vacation homes with main focus being relaxation, unwinding, comfort, joy, exploration, and convenience so families and friends can focus on making beautiful memories.

This home sits right off the west end of King St that runs into the heart of downtown area, and ends as the Bridge of Lions, after passing crossing Plaza De Constitucion- a drive that takes all of 7 minutes.
