Villa 5A Jetty Rd completamente autónoma, construida especialmente para escapadas románticas o de descanso para parejas o solteros con Villa 2 que admite perros. Sí, su amigo peludo puede compartir una experiencia de mercado con usted. Toallas proporcionadas para su perro después de ir a nadar a la playa. Si reservamos, diríjase a Seagrass Villa 1 y podemos acomodarlo allí. Ambas villas son de la misma calidad.

Totalmente equipado con libros y revistas con cocina eléctrica, microondas, lavaplatos, nevera grande de acero inoxidable, tostadora, hervidor de agua, sandwichera, licuadora y todos los cubiertos. Jamie Oliver sartenes, Maxwell Williams y sal y pimienta vajilla.

Habitación grande con aire acondicionado, cama king size y TV montada, ropa de cama, toallas y batas incluidas. Artículos de tocador ecológicos suministrados con ducha grande, lavabos dobles y área de tocador grande en un baño de dos vías.

La sala de estar cuenta con TV con barra de sonido con soporte para iPod, reproductor de DVD y una selección de música y películas.

La cubierta frontal lo lleva a una 'Sala de lectura' tranquila y cómoda, equipada con libros y revistas. Frente a la terraza mira el parque de enfrente.

Parte trasera de la propiedad tiene terrazas con sillas y una barbacoa para cocinar. La cubierta da a un pequeño jardín con un spa.

Botella de cortesía de vino del sur de Australia. Puede elegir entre nuestras 7 variedades y cervezas artesanales locales de la Smiling Samoyed Brewery en Myponga.

Couldn’t fault this lovely home. Our hosts were lovely and communication was excellent. Perfectly located. Hot tub out back was a lovely treat, as were the delicious breakfast provisions.

Wonderfully relaxing!

Peaceful, private and relaxing, the villa had everything we needed and more! Jane and Lynn were super friendly, so generous with provisions and very responsive with communications. A hot tub session under the stars was a fab way to end our days, and being a truly dog friendly property just made our stay perfect!

We had such a relaxing and enjoyable stay here and such a bonus that we were able to also bring our dog with us! Loved all the small touches and the attention to detail here. Felt like a home from home but with a luxurious touch- the spa and bbq were fab!

Loved this villa!!! So comfy and homey but at the same time so stylish. It had absolutely everything you would need in the villa on a weekend away and the provision provided were amazing. We will definitely be back again.

Welcoming accommodation with attention to detail.

It was so nice to be welcomed wholeheartedly with our two retired greyhounds. Attention to detail was impeccable from treats and towels for our dogs to freshly cut herbs in the kitchen for our use. We opted to pay extra for BBQ meats and salads to be supplied which was great value and delicious. The spa under the stars is a must ! Exceptional accommodation - dogs or not.

Throughly enjoyed our stay at the Seagrass villas. And so did our 2 bulldogs. Absolutely everything was catered for. We didn’t even need to go to the shops for food. Highly recommend their bbq platter and cheese platter. Loved the spa and being able to have our fur babies with us 🐶😊

Wonderful

We had a wonderful relaxing stay. Perfect location to tour the local area. Hot tub was excellent. Living area well set up to lounge and read a book. Spacious layout. Host catered for everything and very generous with their goodies. Lovely tour by the host on arrival, making us feel very welcome. Would highly recommend.

After travelling around Australia in 2005 the seed was planted in our minds to take that sea change in a more permanent way.
We started our grand tour in September 2005. Two gals, two dogs, a four-wheel drive and off road camper trailer!
We stayed in a range of accommodation. Mainly in caravan parks, sometimes in bush camps and occasionally in service station parks. Every now and then we put the dogs into kennels and stayed in more up market hotels and also holiday rentals that were “Dog friendly”.

We were often disappointed with the conditions of the “Dog friendly” places.
It seemed to be that if you had pets you were sent up the back of the caravan park often further away from amenities or the beach. Holiday homes often said they were dog friendly and then said the dogs had to stay outside. If allowed inside the places were quite often furnished with second hand furniture. The dogs would often have to be tied up in caravan parks and this was often in dry, dusty ground. Sometimes we would stay in caravan parks that were dog friendly but the beach or park nearby did not allow dogs!!! Frustrating!
We did stay in a couple of places that seemed to “GET IT”!! Our two pampered pooches were made welcome and we took this away with us in our memories…
After returning to Adelaide we continued to holiday with our dogs. This included a houseboat on the River Murray and various holiday homes. We still were disappointed with the accommodation, but at least the dogs could come with us rather than stay in dog boarding kennels.
We began researching options to create a REAL dog friendly holiday experience. The dream started to come true when in 2012 we found 5 Jetty Rd, Normanville!

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

When we purchased the place it was a massive, overgrown, neglected property with a 1960’s two-bedroom “shack” on it. The house had gone beyond repair but the block of land was perfect in its size and location.
In the next couple of years we started to develop our ideas. The building was demolished, land sub-divided, plans drawn up and re-drawn many times. The process involved many application forms, Council meetings and discussions. It seemed to take ages with red tape at every turn!
Finally, in July 2014 the building began. This also meant selling our house in Adelaide (after living there for 21 years), moving to Normie and renting for six months whilst building took place. We both had to change our jobs…so basically FULL ON! Luckily our dogs being well travelled did not stress too much with the move and we also up rooted our 17-year-old cat who had never moved before.
The dogs were back running free on the beach! Normanville is an off lead, dog friendly beach as long as this is 100m from the jetty and dogs behaviour monitored and under control. The cafes in both Normanville and the surrounding areas made the dogs welcome as we relaxed with a wine or coffee.
As the building got underway we started planning how we would create a luxurious experience for couples or singles and still allow them to have their best friend with them. We made choices with furnishing, décor and landscaping to make the places practical but also indulgent. We remembered all of the special touches that we experienced on our travels with dogs and tried to provide these.
At first only Villa 2 was dog friendly however; as time went by we made Villa 1 dog friendly as well as there was such high demand.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Yes you can holiday with your pampered pooches in style, comfort and feel totally spoilt with all the extras we provide including the heated spa in the courtyard garden.
Seagrass Villas is located on Jetty Rd only 600m from the pristine dog friendly beach and café on the foreshore to relax with a meal, wine or just take in the magnificent scenery.
We are a short stroll of 100m to get to shops cafes and the pub. All eateries welcome dogs and have sections where you all can eat.
We provide all linen that makes our guests feel special including bathrobes, fluffy white towels and sheets. All toiletries are provided as well as spa towels.
We have a dog box which contains towels, throws, bowls, poo bags, bowls and treats for the pooches who stay.
Breakfast provisions are provided including bacon, our own free range eggs, tomatoes, mushrooms, cereal, pancake mix, milk and juice. Cooking supplies are provided and if you have a sweet tooth there is a jar of lollies. We also give our guests a choice from 7 varieties of wine or 2 craft beers that is brewed locally for their complimentary bottle of wine.
We can organise different platters for your stay just tell us what you like and we can have it ready for you when you check in.
We can also organise in house massages for you from one our massage therapists in town or partake a yoga class.
Guests will enjoy and fabulous night sleep in the comfortable king size bed and enjoy watching TV in the bedroom with the comfort of it's own split system.
There are many other beautiful small townships through out the region where the are antique shops, cafes or just amazing scenery through Wirrina, Second Valley, Rapid Bay where you can snorkel or dive off the historic jetty and is the home to the graceful Leafy Sea Dragon the down to Cape Jervis the gate way to Kangaroo Island. In the other direct 30 mins to McLaren Vale wineries some of the best in the world or Victor Harbour with the famous Granite Island with the penguins.
